交通の便もロケーションも良かったです

貴著品を部屋のセーフティボックスに入れてたのに、掃除の人？が勝手に開けて、パスワードをリセットしましたの貼り紙が貼られて開けられるなくなりました！　ありえないことかと思います。　二度と宿泊しません。

Clean and well designed facilities. Morning buffet was perfect.

ヘルシンキ観光の拠点として宿泊。中央駅からトラムで短時間でアクセス可。部屋はシーサイドビュー&シャワーか浴槽付きかをチェックイン時に選ばせて貰えた。巨大なソファもあり、3人くらい泊まれそうな広さで快適だった。地下にサウナがあり、朝と晩は利用可。フェリーターミナルへもバスでアクセスができる。

窓からの景色も素晴らしい。朝食もかなりレベルの高いホテルです

Check-in was smooth. We got a complimentary upgrade with a spectacular view of the Baltic sea. Breakfast was top-notch. The hotel was home away from home.

Breakfast was excellent! The air conditioner in our room did not work and it was so hot. We could not get the staff to come check it out. We left the glass doors open to the outside, but that had no effect. It was hard to sleep and we were there for 6 nights. Otherwise, nice hotel with the most amazing breakfast. Decent location but not in the middle of the sights so we had to walk 20+ minutes and take Ubers. Likely not to stay again.

Great hotel at walking distance to the city center. Breakfast with a wide variety of food.

The staff was excellent. It was a short stay but the property is very nice and the room was clean and big and had everything you needed. Loved my stay there.

Hyvä aamupala, tyynyt olivat liian suuret ja kivikovat

The location was fine and close to tram stops but disappointed with our stay. Rooms only cleaned every three days. Fine - but you had to ask for toilet rolls or clean towels and no emptying of the bins. Also no way to put heat on in the room. Sunday night we arrived back and wanted a drink from the bar at 9.25 pm only to be told that the bar is shut - never experienced that in a hotel. Hotel management just replied - thank you for your feedback !!

Horrible noise from A/C and ventilation system at my room

Sängyt olivat suuret ja mukavat. Perhehuoneen "kahvibaari" ei vastannut odotuksia. Yksi kaakaopussi ei riitä kaikille. Reipasta sai onneksi lisää.
