The view was supreme!

テーブルロックに行くには、乗り物が用意されてますが、冬季は運休らしく、トロントからの移動でFlexバス停から地図では近いですが、坂なのでUberなど使う必要あります。

Room was spotless, the view from 3011 was out of this world. I will be staying here again.

The room was extremely noisy all night due to a faulty air conditioner, making it impossible to sleep properly. We contacted reception for assistance, but the issue was not resolved. Despite the inconvenience, no compensation or suitable solution was offered. This reflects poor maintenance and customer service, and the experience was very disappointing.

Staff is outstanding. The room looks beautiful and clean. The only concern is the air conditioner. Here is loud.

Loved the staff, check in was a breeze, room was spotless. We had hoped for the falls view, but wasn’t available, HOWEVER, we enjoyed a spectacular sunset on the city view side, as well as the most beautiful full moon in front of a black sky. It snowed a bit, it was so pretty! I think not having the Fallsview side turned out to be better! We did go to the observation floor to see the falls, so beautiful with everything covered in ice. There was not a single place in the entire hotel (including stairwells) that weren’t SPOTLESS. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing view of the niagara falls. Room is a bit small but rest everything was good. Try to have a microwave, at least in the common area.

The parking situation sucked! The price for valet parking was outrageous!
