空港や近くのアウトレットに送迎してもらえました。 部屋も広く電子レンジも付いています。 1階のピザ屋はとても美味しいです。また平日ランチはお得で平日15時から18時ハッピーアワーでクラフトビール3ドルです。 ホテルの裏にスーパーもあって長期滞在良いかと思います。

乗り継ぎで宿泊しましたので、送迎があり便利でした。オヘアから10分前後です。 建物の古さは感じますが、充分な広さの部屋です。ただ、洗面の湯量温度は良いのですが、シャワーの温度と湯量は足りないです。また何故かハンディーキャッパー用のシャワー室を用意されて、快適ではありませんでした。 エアコンはあるのですが、洗濯機かとも感じるほどにうるさく、自動ONOFFのインターバルが長いです。多分真冬は寒いでしょう。 近くにはレストランが数件見えました。 空港近くて安く、無料送迎もあるので、頼りにはなります。

出張で２晩滞在しました。 値段相応で充分満足です。 徒歩圏内(2分)に食事処、スーパー(隣に酒屋あり)がありとても便利です。ホテル併設のレストランも悪くなく、ホテルのすぐ隣にはちょっと良いレストランもありますので不便なことは何一つありません。 部屋やお風呂など少し古い感はありますが清潔です。 プチスイートみたいにTVとソファ、机がある部屋とベッドルームがドアで仕切れるので、ベッドでは廊下の音は全く聞こえません、隣室の音も無く静かです。 良いホテルです、この価格でなら。

レストランがよかったです

付属レストランのピザは美味しく、コーヒーなどのサービスも良く、部屋も快適でした。また、地下鉄駅への無料送迎も有り、便利です。

空港の送迎車が満員で乗れず、指示された場所に1時間待っても来ない。結局タクシーでホテルへ行った。空港に近い意味が全くない。チェックインの時に、施設やサービスの説明を全くしない態度と体の大きい、全くconfortとは言えない人に当たり、最悪だった。

シカゴオヘヤ空港からシャトルバスに乗れるので安あがり。また、シャトルで近くのブルーライン駅までも乗せてくれるのでダウンタウンに出るのにも便利。

Wifiが弱すぎて繋がりみくかった。 部屋にゴキブリがいた。

Our towels had brown stains on them and someone else’s hair. The headboard was disgusting and looking like something had dried dripping down it, same with the air conditioner. Carpets were stained and shower head was basically black due to lack of cleaning it. Room and hallway smelled of smoke even though it was a no smoking room. Would not stay here again.

Air conditioner was VERY noisy. There were food remnants along the floor boards and inside the sofa bed.

dirty hotel the carpets are shameful super stained and dirty the color and the room of the hotel is gloomy and super old the television is left in the past. The beds say they are queen but they are small. The only friendly thing was the staff but to my greatest dismay I found out that they charged me the deposit of 50 dollars 3 times so they charged the price of the night plus the 18 for parking plus 3 times the deposit. For my purposes they are stealing 100 dollars from me. So after a bad experience they also steal from me to top it off because the nice thing about the case is that they say we will return it but they never do. It is okay that you charge me the deposit once but 3 times. I will never return to this place of course I do not recommend it not even to the worst enemy.

Coffee machine was not working, called front desk no response

The hotel is run sown and dirty. When we got to our floor it smelled like bug spray Doesn't seem like safe area. We immediately checked out, but have not to this point, which is a week later given me a refund. If that wasn't enough they charge for parking.
