The room was so clean and comfortable that I had to be very careful not to wake up late and miss my morning flight.

The shower and bathroom floor were so uneven that it leaked all over the bathroom and into the foyer. Everything else was fine.

The customer service was awesome and the hotel rooms were really nice and well put together for their guest

El servicio del joven que estaba al llegar sabía un poco español y me dió la milla extra al ayudarme ya que no hablo inglés llevaba 3 hoteles y todos estaba lleno quería estar cerca del aeropuerto puerto pues viajaba con mi hija y tenía q estar alas 3am los hoteles que buscaba tenía transporte y él me orientó que tenía el servicio de Lift y me ayudó a dejarle Un mensaje a su otro compañero que solo hablaba inglés para cuando yo bajara al Decir mi nombre él pudiese ayudarme eso es servicio y amabilidad pero sobre todo empatía. Le Deseo mucho éxito que siga así de amable y que tenga una vida llena de exito

Beds are not good

Poor parking lot lighting, didn't honor approved requests, bugs flying around in room, sofa bed very dirty with stains, only 1 trash can in room

Great place to stay! So close to the city and in a quiet area. Definitely staying there again!

El señor que nos atendio es mexicano y es el gerente del hotel y fue pesimo servicio, pero la manager que se llama Estefany ella si fue super amable, solamente por ella podria recomendarlo

Near the Airport, 5mins away from Fast Park and Relax. Loved the phone outlets, it has ever kind of charging outlet so you can charge your phone, super clean room and fast check-in and out

Room was overall nice, had nice view. Water and candy cost 8 dollars very ridiculous. No pool

Clean and very friendly staff

I enjoyed the room size having a refrigerator and microwave, sitting area with couch. The hotel was quiet I had easy access to the elevator. Transportation to the airport and back was convenient. Staff helpful and we felt safe.
