メトロParal.lel駅から徒歩１分でありL2、L3が有効に活用できるため、乗り換えを入れればバルセロナの主要な観光地はほぼ網羅できます。サクラダファミリアは1本でいけます。また、徒歩圏内でランプランスどおりに行けるため、グエル邸、コロンブスの塔もカバーできます。またバルセロナ国際空港もL3、L9で1時間かからず、５時始発で空港には６時前に到着でき空港までのアクセスも最適です。部屋も綺麗でクリーニングも満足いくものであったと感じています。フロントにはコーヒーメーカーも設置されており早朝から深夜まで適切に管理されています。またスーパーも近くにあり食品、日用品も手頃に入手でき困ることはありませんでした。

地下鉄の駅が目の前にあり、バス停も近くて、交通の利便性は非常に良い。 無料の水は、ペットバトルを持ってロビーに取りに行かないといけなかったり、歯ブラシも言わないと交換してくれない。 また、洗面所の電気が切れていても、言わないと替えてくれない等、サービス面にやや不満を感じた。

館内は清潔感があり、スタッフも皆さん親切でした。地下鉄の駅は眼の前ですし、歩いて海岸やゴシックエリアに行けるところにありロケーションも便利です。

This was a particularly disappointing experience. I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights with a significant budget (between €200 and €250 per night). On the day of my departure, a Sunday, I requested a late check-out until 12:00 instead of 11:00. To my great surprise, this simple request was refused. The staff even had the manager intervene. For just one additional hour, this attitude was difficult to understand and, in my opinion, does not reflect the level of service expected from a hotel that presents itself as a 4-star establishment. The location is convenient thanks to the metro, which provides easy access to many tourist attractions. However, if you wish to walk to La Rambla, you will have to go through an area where you may not always feel comfortable, especially in the evening. Regarding the rooms, if you are not staying on the higher floors, you will have a very close view of neighbouring buildings, resulting in a significant lack of privacy. The soundproofing is insufficient: early in the morning, the noise from doors being slammed by housekeeping staff and vacuum cleaners in the corridors may wake you up. Another very disappointing point is the air conditioning. It blows directly towards the bed and is extremely difficult to adjust properly. As a result, you have to choose between being too hot or sleeping with a constant draft, which is neither comfortable nor pleasant. Finally, do not be misled by the photos of the rooftop terrace. Viajo há mais de 25 anos e foi um dos melhores que já fiquei. Começando pelo quarto de 35 M2 . Era um app, com dois ambientes,, todos amplos,, reformados,, banheiro bem grande. Equipe extremamente simpática,, desde a entrada até serviços de quarto. Perto de tudo e com uma saída de metrô na frente. Pode ser fazer ramblas, bairro gótico, barceloneta, entre outros a pé.

Hôtel en plein centre ville du coup un peu bruyant par rapport à la circulation dans la rue , la douche impossible à régler pour avoir de l’eau tempérée. Personnel serviable et accueillant. Pour une seul nuit c’est suffisant mais pour plus je pense pas à la hauteur piscine très petite et rooftop aussi sur les photos sa donne bien mais en vrai c’est moyen . Je retient personnel accueillant et serviable

Temiz ve güzeldi ayrıca merkeze yakın olması ve otelin önünde metro durağının olması da çok büyük bir avantajdı. Gitmek isteyenlere tavsiye ederim.

we loved rooftop bar and pool. lots of options at breakfast. city tax was more than we were advised, and as we checked in early, we were disappointed to have room set up as double rather than twin bed. staff sorted promptly but did recognise reception staff should have noted 2 friends sharing

Spacious double room (the most basic of rooms available), nicely presented, and plenty of storage space. Nice bathroom with walk in shower. Buffet breakfast one of the best I've experienced, plenty of choice including some cooked items. Great rooftop pool/bar and space to sit and enjoy the sun. Lots of different areas available to either sit and drink/eat, or merely just lie back and relax. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great hotel in a great location, always first pick for somewhere to stay in Barcelona!

Hotellet låg mycket bra i anslutning till Metron, det var mycket lätt att ta sig runt i Barcelona med detta hotell som utgångspunkt. Stort och smakfullt rum. Önskat fler parasoll vid pool och takterrass.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked very well, which made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was good. The swimming pool was quite small, but it served its purpose well and was a nice place to cool off and relax. Overall, a great experience. We would happily stay here again.

We got to the hotel very early 9:30 am and staff tried to find us a room but none were available. They were able to securely store our luggage until our room was ready and gave us some tips on where to go while waiting for our room. Staff was very nice and helpful with checkin/checkout and arranging a cab for very early morning flight. The pool area was not very nice and got crowded very quickly. The pool is small with very little shaded seating spots which were needed as it got very hot in that area of the hotel. The area the hotel is located is not the best. Tried to walk to Las Rambas street in the early evening and you had to go through a very sketchy area that made us turn around and go back to the hotel. We ended up walking another direction that took us to a beautiful walking area down by the marina. There is a mall located right at the marina that has some nice shopping and free bathrooms on the 1st floor. There is a pay toilet on the ground floor and the gal assisting me told me about the free toilet because my credit card wouldn’t work. I think it would be better to stay right on Las Rambas street.
