清潔でスタッフのサービスも良かったです。部屋も金庫や冷蔵庫がおいてあり、アメニティも充実していました。ワインオープンも快く対応してくれました。

エレベーターはdoesn’t workと言われたが、スーツケースは運んでくれた。チェックアウト時も電話をしてくれれば運ぶと説明を受けたので運んでもらいました。 フロントの方はいつも笑顔で挨拶をしてくれます！ カヴァのウェルカムドリンクももらえます！ スモールダブルの部屋は机がなかったので仕事で来る方には狭いかと思いますが、観光で訪れるなら十分です！！ テレビ、冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、アメニティーも一通り揃っています。

ボケリア市場とSanta Caterina Marketの両方に近く、ダム広場にもすぐいけます。 スタッフも親切で色々と教えてもらえます。また、プリンターも無料で貸してもらえました。

立地は非常に良かったですが、入った瞬間の部屋の狭さに驚きました。もう少し部屋が広いほうがゆっくりとお部屋でできて、旅の疲れも癒すことができたように思います。また、エレベータが壊れており、毎回4階から3階まで下がってエレベータを使用しなければなりませんでした。

Previously stayed in the other property H10 Montcada. Although both were good, room wise, I would prefer Montcada. Nevertheless, the location is a huge plus and everyone in the front desk were friendly. I specifically want to mention Daniel for such an outstanding hospitality. Would come back again to a H10 brand for my stay in Spain!

Beautiful hotel and tilework. I requested a room facing the inner courtyard, and it was quiet with a lovely warm glow when the sun reflected off the deep peach colored paint of the atrium. The staff was exceptional and helpful. The room was small but comfortable. My only issue was the poor treatment I received from the breakfast staff. I was genuinely confused about what was free and what wasn't. I would never dream of disrespecting the customs of a country not my own, but despite my careful apologies, using what little Spanish I possess, I was barked at repeatedly by the woman in charge of breakfast and it was clear I was not welcome. It was my first morning and a terrible way to start the day. It really upset me. But I do recommend this lovely hotel and it's central location and the kindness and authenticity of the staff.

Everything about this hotel was great. Clean ,air conditioned, free coffee. Don’t understand why it has only 3 stars Great location .easy access to everything around La Rambla,The cathedral,The kissing wall All with in 3 minutes walk Definitely will book again

This was the most incredible hotel. Absolutely beautiful, air conditioned, unique, little balcony. The nicest hotel I have ever stayed in and right in the Gothic Quarter.

Location, location, location !! Right in La Rombla. Clean quiet rooms. Welcoming drinks.

The staff were excellent and welcoming and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and the amenities were great. We enjoyed the breakfast very much as well as coffee provided. And the shops are just steps outside the door. all in all, we really enjoyed the location, the staff, and the hotel was very upscale.

This hotel was in a great location and walkable to so many things. The metro was also a short walk, for further out adventures. The rooms even have a ceiling fan, which was great during the heat wave! I would stay here again!

O Hotel é confortável, acima da média para um hotel 3 estrelas. Apenas a acústica não foi muito boa, pela manhã barulho nos corredores.

It is right in the heart of the Gothic District, everything is walking distance.

Shops were close by tho it was very easy to get lost. Make sure your cell phone is fully charge before heading out or take the street map. Staff were excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Excellent room! Great staff! Great location in Gothic Quarter. Would definitely stay there again!
