清潔でスタッフのサービスも良かったです。部屋も金庫や冷蔵庫がおいてあり、アメニティも充実していました。ワインオープンも快く対応してくれました。

エレベーターはdoesn’t workと言われたが、スーツケースは運んでくれた。チェックアウト時も電話をしてくれれば運ぶと説明を受けたので運んでもらいました。 フロントの方はいつも笑顔で挨拶をしてくれます！ カヴァのウェルカムドリンクももらえます！ スモールダブルの部屋は机がなかったので仕事で来る方には狭いかと思いますが、観光で訪れるなら十分です！！ テレビ、冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、アメニティーも一通り揃っています。

ボケリア市場とSanta Caterina Marketの両方に近く、ダム広場にもすぐいけます。 スタッフも親切で色々と教えてもらえます。また、プリンターも無料で貸してもらえました。

立地は非常に良かったですが、入った瞬間の部屋の狭さに驚きました。もう少し部屋が広いほうがゆっくりとお部屋でできて、旅の疲れも癒すことができたように思います。また、エレベータが壊れており、毎回4階から3階まで下がってエレベータを使用しなければなりませんでした。

Previously stayed in the other property H10 Montcada. Although both were good, room wise, I would prefer Montcada. Nevertheless, the location is a huge plus and everyone in the front desk were friendly. I specifically want to mention Daniel for such an outstanding hospitality. Would come back again to a H10 brand for my stay in Spain!

サッカー観戦の為、バルセロナ滞在で利用しました。部屋は二人で利用するには狭さを感じますが、ベッドもセミダブルほどの広さはかなり窮屈でした。私たちの部屋は４Fでしたが、シャワーの出が悪くてシャンプーが大変でした。でも、こちらのホテルは、無料でコーヒーやクロワッサンなどの提供もあってとてもよかったです。客室も狭いですが、清潔感はありアメニティもいろいろ揃っていて良かったですよ。スタッフもフレンドリーでとても親切でした。バルセロナは、今回が３回目なんですが、フランスやイタリアのクロワッサンよりもスペインのクロワッサンは、最高に美味しいです。

We loved the location of this hotel. So close to a lot of things we wanted to see and do. We had two balconies off our room. The staff was so helpful and we had a delicious breakfast. Probably the best of our trip, including on our cruise ship. Would defintely book this again.

Clean Hotel, nice and friendly staff, above and beyond customer service. check in was smooth, Big plus, luggage storage while your room is being ready, We got in at 7am, we were able to explore and come back when when were ready to go to our room. As one reviewer suggested, took the Aerobus to Placa Catalunya walked about 8 minutes to hotel. Hotel is near everything, Rambla, shops, restaurants. Staff gave Map of the area, Cathedral de Maria del Pi right around the corner! Did not feel unsafe. Very well located. I would stay here again. near port and they can call a cab to the front door! excellent service overall!!

Room was clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hotel location is excellent. We had an issue with 2 different taxi drivers didn’t want to bring us to this hotel - saying streets are narrow in this place. But hotel book a taxi to airport for us and they arrived. We recommend this hotel

Room wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was a wet towel under the sink and dried conditioner drips on the bottle in the shower. But, I did not report it nor would that stop me from staying here again. The front desk staff were great and very helpful with recommendations. The breakfast staff very attentive and the breakfast was excellent. Location is perfect for activities in and close to the gothic quarter.

Amazing location conveniently located near lots of the tourist attractions and restaurants

The room was small but clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is excellent; friendly and attentive. The small extras were a nice surprise; a glass of cava at reception, the welcome chocolates in the room, the coffee bar with pastries open all afternoon.

Nice hotel. Very clean, quiet and in a convenient location. Staff is very nice. Only complaint is not having coffee available until 1pm every day. Otherwise, recommended to stay here

Very friendly staff and clean room. Throughout the hotel was nice and safe. Close to shopping and parking, this was a perfect location for our 1 night stay in Barcelona.

Disappointing that no coffee facilitiy in the room, and the team doing breakfast service would not/could not produce a couple of cups to take back to our room. Other than that stand out negative, the room, other facilities and, most importantly, the staff were lovely and very helpful. Good location.

Breakfast was delicious, staff super friendly, stores and restaurants are close by, definitely recommend staying at this hotel
