清潔でスタッフのサービスも良かったです。部屋も金庫や冷蔵庫がおいてあり、アメニティも充実していました。ワインオープンも快く対応してくれました。

エレベーターはdoesn’t workと言われたが、スーツケースは運んでくれた。チェックアウト時も電話をしてくれれば運ぶと説明を受けたので運んでもらいました。 フロントの方はいつも笑顔で挨拶をしてくれます！ カヴァのウェルカムドリンクももらえます！ スモールダブルの部屋は机がなかったので仕事で来る方には狭いかと思いますが、観光で訪れるなら十分です！！ テレビ、冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、アメニティーも一通り揃っています。

ボケリア市場とSanta Caterina Marketの両方に近く、ダム広場にもすぐいけます。 スタッフも親切で色々と教えてもらえます。また、プリンターも無料で貸してもらえました。

立地は非常に良かったですが、入った瞬間の部屋の狭さに驚きました。もう少し部屋が広いほうがゆっくりとお部屋でできて、旅の疲れも癒すことができたように思います。また、エレベータが壊れており、毎回4階から3階まで下がってエレベータを使用しなければなりませんでした。

Previously stayed in the other property H10 Montcada. Although both were good, room wise, I would prefer Montcada. Nevertheless, the location is a huge plus and everyone in the front desk were friendly. I specifically want to mention Daniel for such an outstanding hospitality. Would come back again to a H10 brand for my stay in Spain!

サッカー観戦の為、バルセロナ滞在で利用しました。部屋は二人で利用するには狭さを感じますが、ベッドもセミダブルほどの広さはかなり窮屈でした。私たちの部屋は４Fでしたが、シャワーの出が悪くてシャンプーが大変でした。でも、こちらのホテルは、無料でコーヒーやクロワッサンなどの提供もあってとてもよかったです。客室も狭いですが、清潔感はありアメニティもいろいろ揃っていて良かったですよ。スタッフもフレンドリーでとても親切でした。バルセロナは、今回が３回目なんですが、フランスやイタリアのクロワッサンよりもスペインのクロワッサンは、最高に美味しいです。

It is right in the heart of the Gothic District, everything is walking distance.

Shops were close by tho it was very easy to get lost. Make sure your cell phone is fully charge before heading out or take the street map. Staff were excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Great location, staff was pleasant and helpful, especially Laia. Room was comfortable except one mattress was lumpy, room doors were close together and when someone was opening the door next to us it felt like it was our door, to keep the room window from opening too much we had to put something underneath to hold it in place.

Genel olarak merkezi konumda ve sakin bir oteldi. Biz sadece oda hizmeti aldık, kahvaltı almadık. Ancak gün içinde su, kahve, kruvasan ikramları vardı. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Rahatlıkla tercih edebilirsiniz.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean and bright and had everything we needed. A great location within easy walking distance and although we were in a busy area the room was quiet. The staff made sure that we had coffee in the morning although we were very early for the regular set up.
