Great stay! Very convenient, and friendly staff

Staff up graded us to a suite on the top floor because a baseball team had most of the rooms near the room where we booked. The only downside was that the ice machine was broken. Also, good was that we could walk to several restaurants at the nearby mall

It was quiet when we were there. The pool was perfect for my toddlers!

Comfortable beds. Good location. Hotel needs some tlc.

Everyone was nice. Ice machine was out of order but the hotel went out to get ice to accommodate us as needed. I always stay at Fairfield Inn in Erie.

Allowed children to roam the halls all hours of the night, was completely out of any snacks at the lobby, wasn’t dirty but didn’t feel clean either

Had a great stay. Hotel was clean. Staff friendly. Location was great.

Personable. Name was on TV welcoming me.

On the surface the room looked fine but when my kids toy rolled under the bed it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Outside of the dust bunnys lying about there was also an old Swedish fish. It wasn't all bad. The pool was clean and a decent space.

Cigarette butts everywhere outside. Made you pay $5.00 to park my car in an area where there is open parking. One window had a HUGE crack, was going to inform front desk staff when I checked out but no one at front desk but plenty of staff walking around and talking. I was ignored.

Clean Quiet Nice brearfast

Overall we had a nice stay. I didn’t have any towels in my room and when I went down to the front desk to get some no one was there and I had to wait about ten minutes for help. No bell or anything to alert staff you were waiting. Outside of that the room seemed clean and comfortable. The pool was nice but small.
