トラムでミラノの中心地へ15分ほど。環境は静か、部屋はきれい、エアコン完備。エントランスから受付までが階段でお年寄りとかはスーツケースを運ぶのが大変。エントランスから上階へはエレベーターがあります。

wifiが繋がりづらい。繋がっても遅い。 地下鉄の駅からは結構遠い。トラムの乗り場は近くにあった。 地下鉄だけ使う人はこのホテルでない方がいい。 ただ泊まるだけなら問題なし。

Only stayed there one night. it was clean and easy to get to places.

Odalar fotograflarla alakali degil, odada herhangi bir ek malzeme yok(kettle vb.) ses yalitimi cok dusuk uyumak konusunda problem yasayabilirsiniz. Banyo cok dar ,temiz degil , yorganlar kokuyordu. Personel ilgili degildi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Very basic, wouldn’t recommend. Bathroom was not clean (see photos, staff apologized) and not even a kettle for a hot drink which is a basic amenity of most hotels. Second night we had a bird come inside the room during the day (housekeeper must’ve opened windows) and there was poo on the bed and floor. Staff cleaned when we reported but my partner had to remove bird as staff couldn’t reach it. Following day we were asked if we’d like to move rooms but there was no point then.

Very nice stay with spacious room and bathroom. Balcony was a great addition. Provided free extra pillows which was great. Very clean and comfortable. Location is decent with bus stop 10 min walk away. Front desk was good and spoke English.

L'hôtel mérite une remise a neuf dans les chambres. Le personnel est sympa. Est l'hôtel est bien situé.

I had a short stay every ok

Ubicado bastante lejos del centro pero con acceso al tram enfrente. El hotel es muy pequeño y la calidad deja mucho que desear. La habitación pequeña y las almohadas con mal olor, ni una botella de agua te regalan.

El hotel está bastante bien! Como hotel de paso económico cumple totalmente, la habitación que nos tocó muy espaciosa el baño igual, sin embargo si buscas lujo no lo vas a encontrar, había ciertas fallas en la pared (al parecer cambiaron el soporte de la televisión y quedó las marcas) o algún que otro detalle en las correderas pero en general bien, no es un hotel de cosas nuevas pero el personal del hotel muy agradable, en cuanto a limpieza 10/10 todo muy bien. Queda muy cerca además de una parada de tranvía lo cual te conecta fácilmente a todo!

No one contacted us prior to the hotel being closed which we thought was shocking so we got moved to the regency hotel and the service was amazing in that hotel and everything was amazing at that hotel
