25年ぐらい宿泊しているが、クオリティーも落ちず、親切で、朝食も素敵です。いつも有難う

何百回とお世話になっている宿です。 長旅で疲れた状態でホテルに入りますが、いつも笑顔で迎えてくれるスタッフに癒やされてます。 週末、夜間うるさい時もありますが特に問題ないです。 また利用させていただきます。 いつもありがとうございます。

Siisti hotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotellin ravintola ja aamiainen oli hyvä.

Ruoka lounaalla ja päivälliselle oli todella hyvää.

Emplacement et service parfaits

Centralt beläget hotel med fint pool område. Trevlig personal och bra frukost. Dock saknas facilitet som the/kaffe och vattenkokare på rummet som är ett stort minus!

Frühstück war sehr gut. Abendessen besser nicht. Zimmer abgewohnt.

Chambre confortable. Personnel très aimable. Salle de sport avec l’essentiel (un tapis de course, des poids libres et une double poulie, ainsi que des kettlebells et quelques accessoires). Seule difficulté : il faut réserver (gratuitement). Le sauna est inclus et gratuit. La piscine est malheureusement beaucoup trop froide.

Petit déjeuner industriel, dîner correct

Everything was perfect. Professional staff who are able to help, nice and comfortable rooms, good breakfast and nice area. Maybe a complimentary water or coffee in the rooms would be nice.

Staff, location and outdoor amenities were good. Breakfast average. BUT the the room was very poor with the soundproofing being non existent OR totally ineffective as we could hear people in the rooms to the side and above going to the toilet, having showers etc - this totally let down the Hotel and the hard work of the staff and location. The lighting was poor AND the television seemed old and we could only occasionally get something in English - which was French News in English ( French News in French was also only available occasionally) And it was only occasionally - No Youtube or Netflix etc. The room generally looked like it needed updating - I did regard it as 4 Star and would not return to this Hotel and only chose it because we had lovely stay at the Hotel Port Alicante and erroneously thought this would be of the same standard and quality.

Checker ind og så er du ellers overladt til dig selv. Ingen rundvisning eller information om, hvor de forskellige faciliteter er beliggende. Var på et søster hotel i selvsamme by, hvor personalet gladeligt viste rundt på hotellet og alle faciliteterne (uden at der var behov for at spørge herom) Vil ikke anbefale dette hotel.

Everything superb as per last visit

It was a good hotel. Has to ask forvtea and coffee facilities in our room 3 times, and a local home had a dog kept barking through the night, the staff were aware of this but it was relentlessly barking. Breakfast was just OK, the rooms were kept clean and the cleaning staff were great. Desk staff just OK. Good location and great to sit outside and have a relaxing coffee, highlight..

-Really good location, 10 min walk into the main square in Elche. -under 30 mins to the airport -20/25 mins to the beach. Hotel is beautiful, surrounded by palm trees and natural beauty. Rooms are spacious, but walls are thin, we could hear everything from the next room and corridor. Highlight is the food. Half board is fully recommend. High quality meals in a lovely restaurant. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
