海から近く、オーシャンビューの部屋を選び、正解でした。 部屋も広く、バルコニーにもテーブル、椅子が備え付けられているのも嬉しいポイント。値段も日本のホテルと比べれば割安です。 ホテル内の内装がかなり豪華でシャレている。 朝食と夕食をホテル内のレストランを利用しましたが、ビュッフェの種類の豊富さに驚きました。しかも美味しかったです。時間によってはピアノの演奏を聴けたり。 TITSAのバス停から歩いて向かったため、ホテルへの入口の入り方には迷いました。海側に入口がありました。変なところで、ケチってしまいましたが、基本的にはタクシーでのアクセスがおすすめです笑

Personal zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich. Besonders die Jungs und Mädels am Pool und im Pool Restaurant.. Es ist jedesmal so ein Gefühl wie nach hause zu kommen. Danke

Struttura bellissima e splendide attenzioni, ma la pulizia delle camere non è da 4 stelle La struttura in sé è bellissima (anche se un po' datata), in un'ottima posizione per il mare e con uno staff squisito. I punti di forza: Esperienza bellissima per il compleanno: Abbiamo ricevuto una piacevole sorpresa, un biglietto sotto la porta da presentare a colazione, dove ci hanno portato una piccola torta con la candelina cantandoci tanti auguri! Musica dal vivo: Nota di merito per il pianoforte, suonato per circa un'ora sia la sera che la mattina a colazione. Una bellissima atmosfera. Cibo e posizione: Colazione ricca e buona (anche se da italiano avrei gradito una macchina per il vero caffè espresso) e posizione eccellente. I punti deboli (la camera): Pulizia: Il pavimento non è mai stato lavato e non sono mai stati cambiati asciugamani o lenzuola per tutta la durata del soggiorno (abbiamo dovuto segnalarlo alla signora delle pulizie al penultimo giorno). Bagno: Da rimodernare. Vasca macchiata, doccino che non stava su e mancanza dello scopettino. Comfort: Camere datate e totale assenza di prese vicino ai comodini. In sintesi: Le attenzioni dello staff, la musica e la struttura sono ottimi, ma la pulizia e la manutenzione della camera non sono assolutamente all'altezza delle 4 stelle.

The hotel and the staff were really good! As a smoker, I didn’t like that every time I wanted to smoke while I was at the pool, I had to get up from my sunbed and go to a small corner area. I would have preferred a designated sunbed section for smokers to avoid this kind of inconvenience, especially since the corner was also in the shade and windy, which wasn’t ideal. Other than that, as I said, everything else was very nice.

We loved our stay at the hotel however one criticism i have is when we checked in the receptionist told us we could have a late checkout as we were leaving in the evening but she didn't tell us that there was a 10 euro per hour charge we thought this was very unreasonable as we had spent a lot of money during our stay

Hotel in an excellent position opposite the beach. Room was spacious as was the balcony and with plenty of seats. Pool area is very good with plenty of sun beds although there are still ‘bed bookers’ Breakfast catered for all tastes being extensive. Although there did not appear to be a restaurant in the Cleopatra, the 3 restaurants in the Mediterranean Palace are available for Cleopatra guests. Not expensive and with 20% discount very reasonable, not busy and good food. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Asked for an iron board and kettle and was brought to room straight away. So much choice for Breakfast and the freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing

Góð staðsetning og frábært útsýni yfir ströndina.

Brilliant

Vi fikk et rom med dårlig beliggenhet. Har fått bedre standardrom tidligere. Gjennomgangen til Mediterrenean Palace var nå stengt slik at man ikke kunne gå til bassenget der. Bare om kvelden kunne man gå i restaurantene der. Det var fin i baren og fin Musik.

Our first visit to Tenerife and this hotel was marvellous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, we paid for the larger patio with pool on the patio - this was cold which was a little disappointing. Though there is a tap to add water, most of the time it only offered cold/cool water. The pool may have heated more on other patios that received more sun but ours was in shade except for a 1-2 hrs/day. Close to the beach and many restaurants, shops, nightlife and there is a long boardwalk area that you can walk along the coast for miles/kms!

De glömde golven ibland, papperskorgen, toarulle handdukar. Men annars var personalen trevlig. Fin frukostbuffé.

Kettle in room would be a big plus

Breakfast was excellent and staffs were very friendly. Location was very nice.
