海から近く、オーシャンビューの部屋を選び、正解でした。 部屋も広く、バルコニーにもテーブル、椅子が備え付けられているのも嬉しいポイント。値段も日本のホテルと比べれば割安です。 ホテル内の内装がかなり豪華でシャレている。 朝食と夕食をホテル内のレストランを利用しましたが、ビュッフェの種類の豊富さに驚きました。しかも美味しかったです。時間によってはピアノの演奏を聴けたり。 TITSAのバス停から歩いて向かったため、ホテルへの入口の入り方には迷いました。海側に入口がありました。変なところで、ケチってしまいましたが、基本的にはタクシーでのアクセスがおすすめです笑

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Asked for an iron board and kettle and was brought to room straight away. So much choice for Breakfast and the freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing

Brilliant

Vi fikk et rom med dårlig beliggenhet. Har fått bedre standardrom tidligere. Gjennomgangen til Mediterrenean Palace var nå stengt slik at man ikke kunne gå til bassenget der. Bare om kvelden kunne man gå i restaurantene der. Det var fin i baren og fin Musik.

Our first visit to Tenerife and this hotel was marvellous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, we paid for the larger patio with pool on the patio - this was cold which was a little disappointing. Though there is a tap to add water, most of the time it only offered cold/cool water. The pool may have heated more on other patios that received more sun but ours was in shade except for a 1-2 hrs/day. Close to the beach and many restaurants, shops, nightlife and there is a long boardwalk area that you can walk along the coast for miles/kms!

De glömde golven ibland, papperskorgen, toarulle handdukar. Men annars var personalen trevlig. Fin frukostbuffé.

Kettle in room would be a big plus

Breakfast was excellent and staffs were very friendly. Location was very nice.

Hotel is very tired and dilapidated Renovation is due but it hasn’t been touched since 1990s

Very friendly staff and an extremely pleasant hotel. We were very impressed!

Tyst och lignt

Just had a lovely stay at the Cleopatra Palace. Hotel is in a great spot, right on the front, use your room key to open gate onto the front. Hotel is situated on the golden mile, so many choices for food and drink and plenty of shops. Staff were friendly, breakfast had a good selection. Plenty of sun beds by the pool (pool was a bit cold). Only downside is the hotel is starting to look tired, needs renovating but other than that! It’s our 2nd stay and will be back again.

Upea hotelli, jonka viereiseen 5 tähden hotelliin yhdistetty hotellialue saa kompleksin tuntumaan todelliselta rentoutumiskeitaalta. Aamiainen on todella monipuolinen, ja upea pianonsoitto tekee aamiaisestakin kokemuksen. Huoneemme oli länteen päin. Sillä puolella on meluisa baari, joka onneksi lopetti soittamisen klo 23.30. Siihen asti musiikkia oli kiva kuunnella. Parvekkeen lasiovi ei melua juuri vaimenna. Hyvät biisit soivat klo 20-23.30. Jos haluat rauhaa klo 22, valitse huone altaan puolelta (musiikki ja kadun melu voi tosin kuulua sinnekin). Huone oli puhdas, ja kylpyamme oli hyvä lisä. Sänky on hyvä. Merenranta on 50 metrin päässä. Alue on täynnä menoa ja ravintoloita sekä merkkituotekauppoja. Fantastinen valinta sijainnin ja hienon hotellin vuoksi.

The arrival and check in was amazing. Sinthia on receotion was outstanding!! Super efficient and friendly and did everything to ensure we had the very best service and experience. I cant praise her highly enough. Incredible.
