It was clean and quiet place to stay for a relaxed holiday. However, the check-in staff Ella was very aloof, curt and very unhelpful. She is obviously not interested in guests. The cleaners are so much better in their attitude and manners. Overall, we enjoy ourselves at the beach, cafes and shops around the place. Thank you Expedia for arranging our stay here. A minor issue is the phone in the room is not connected to the reception, so we got to go down to the office if we want to check on something. There is no pamphlet or booklet about the apartment in the room.

The Quest is easily accessible with good parking facilities. The receptionwas friendly and organised. Accommodation was well presented and extremely clean. Access to the swimming pool very convenient. Definetly use again when in area.

Had nice room with balcony, spacious, clean, nice shower and bed. Very relaxing and parking outside in enclosed secure lot was a plus. Walkable to water and city. Perfect for a weekend away in Bunbury and peace of mind.

Charles Rahim loved his sfay at the Quest Hotel Apartments in Bunbury, Western Australia. The rooms were spacious and parking was plentiful. Got a complementary upgrade which was nice. Most importantly, the staff were locals from the area and very wel mannered professional. There was also a French girl who checked me in who was very competent and all the staff had welcoming smiles. A 5 out of 5 for me.
