サグラダ・ファミリアに徒歩で行けるので　こちらを選びました。 とても清潔でキレイにお掃除されてて　 気持ちよく宿泊できました。 朝食がすごく美味しくて　大満足です。お世話になりました。

サグラダファミリアから近くて便利。 坂道が多いが、夜は静かで過ごしやすかった。

サグラダファミリアに徒歩圏内ということで選びました。部屋は広くて清潔。クローゼットも大きくて非常に機能的なホテルです。 ホテルのエントランスが階段しかないので重いスーツケースは苦労するのとバスタブがないのが欠点かな。近くの病院の前の通りがレストラン街になっていてオススメです。

positive レセプションと朝食のスタッフが親切で、ニコニコしていた。 ベッドの前に大きな鏡があったので使いやすかった！ お風呂とトイレの間に扉があるので、トイレの床がびちゃびちゃになることがなかった。 朝食の内容が充実していて、またとても美味しくて2日飽きることがなかった。 毎日お部屋にチョコレートを置いておいてくれる。 negative お風呂があまり綺麗ではない 無料で置いてあるお部屋のお水がおいしくない

Area was close to the Sagrada Familia and the hotel was well kept

We had a lovely stay at Hotel ILUNION Bel Art. The room was small but cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is great — easy to get around and access different parts of the city. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the stay!

Service horrible. A Cuban yelled to me. They did not call the cab for me and lost the connection. We needed assistance for my elderly father was totally ignored. Horrible attitude. Some employees told me that the Cuban, the blond girl between them they are not happy working there. The Cuban man at the desk kept calling me Colombian while I am Costa Rican. They blame it ion the disssable people but it is their fault . Again, someone who works there said they are not happy with their job, maybe poorly paid … who knows!!

The hotel needs renovations, black stains on the ceiling, on the walls.

Spent 4 nights here. Great for exploring Sagrada Familia and Park Guell.

A fronha do travesseiro tinha manchas de bolor. No café da manhã fila e depois das 0900 faltava pão. Notamos alguns funcionarios da recepção rudes
