部屋とても清潔で、毎日の清掃も綺麗にしてくれていました。 スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でした。 お風呂やトイレの水圧も問題ありません。 しいてあげるなら、歴史ある建物からなのか、隣の部屋や廊下での物音がしますが、私は全く気にはなりませんでした。 観光地の中心（ドゥオーモやシニョーリア広場）からは少し離れているためホテルの周りはとても静かでゆっくり休むことができました。

Staff are so helpful and nice! No need to even ask for luggage help, the amazing porters come to you right away when they see you with bags. Top notch service. Everything was so smooth staying here. The rooftop with pool has such an amazing view, up close of Santa Croce and the whole city spread out before you. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’d like to be more towards the less crowded Santa Croce area away from super central central stazione or Duomo area.

思ったより規模の小さなホテルでしたが、スタッフの対応も、ホテルの設備・コンディションもおおむね良好で、清潔で過ごしやすいホテルでした。アルノ川沿いで、サンタクローチェが近く、ポンテベッキオまで歩くことができます。夕暮れ時のアルノ川沿いの散歩もおすすめです。屋上にプールとＢａｒの設備があり、日中プールに入りながら、また夕暮れ時及び日没後にＢａｒで一杯飲みながら見る、フィレンツェの風景は格別です。この屋上からの風景が、このホテルの「一番の売り」かと思います。ホテル内のレストランで夕食を取ることもできます。私たちはあまり食欲がないということで、ワンプレートずつしか注文しませんでしたが、嫌な顔せず、気持ちよく対応していただけました。もちろん、外で夕食、という時にもコンシェルジュがおすすめのレストランを紹介してくれました。

部屋、ホテル内のレストラン、バー等設備が充実している。従業員も態度が良い。 Uffizi美術館等、主な観光スポットが徒歩圏内。

Great location!

This is a lovely hotel, great quality hotel well situated with around 10 mins walk to the main hub of activity. So, so good to have the option of the roof top area to relax at, with a cool pool after a day of walking and sight seeing in the heat, not to be underestimated. The room was spacious, air con great as was the shower. Nice view of the river and close to the steps across by bridge for lovely views on high of the City. Staff attentive, professional and efficient and with a friendly welcome. Concierge was helpful and likeable. We loved the extras, bar drinks came with snacks and coffee came with a quaint glass pot of scrummy biscuits. Cocktails from the inside bar were delectable, with the bar staff taking real pride in their work. Breakfast was very good, sausages and bacon were great, plenty of other options as well, endless cappuccino etc to order. The only negative point, though not major, is that the roof top lounger area was privately booked for non hotel residents from 7pm every night, so we had to move to the restaurant tables or bar stools, which were not as comfortable. However, the views from the roof across the City are magic, no matter where you sat..so a minor grip only. Book, its lovely

An above-and-beyond experience. Our room was stunning, with a view of the city (including il Duomo). The staff was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. The rooftop was beautiful. We only wish we could've stayed longer! It was a perfect stop on our honeymoon. :)

Great location, super nice and friendly staff, beautiful hotel. Only complaint is that wheelchair access is a bit tricky. Stairs on the front and had the lift broken down during my entire stay. So had to use the maintenance entrance. Also in the bathroom even though was big the shower has no safety handles and with small removable chair to sit i always felt like I was going to end up with on the floor. But besides that great hotel

Internet struggles when in the rooms, but the rooftop bar/pool area has strong wifi and it's a much better place to setup if you have to do some light work. The views are stunning from the rooftop, you can watch the sun set and skip the tourist trap spots for that. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The bar staff makes the absolute best Aperol Spritz we found in the city as well as a Hugo Spritz (our new favorite). Breakfast is delicious and covers both local and international options. We highly recommend staying here as it's perfectly located in the city for all the major sightseeing options. Will definitely be back.
