朝食はすごく種類が多くて最高でした、駅からすごく近くて、良かった

清潔で快適。駅近なので帰国前日の宿泊に良いです。スタッフの対応も気持ち良いものでした。 ルーマニアのホテルで共通して残念な点ですが、湯沸かしポットがないのが残念なところ。

部屋自体はリフォーム済みで綺麗です。水回りは古いままなのか、シャワーブースなどはちょっと難あり。ゴミ箱、ティッシュペーパーは部屋にないので、少し不便。 お部屋の暖房がしっかり効いているので、濡れてもしっかり乾燥できます。 地理的に不安だったのですが、メトロの駅がホテル前にあるので、女性1人でも夜に戻ってこれ、便利です。北駅まで近いので、スーツケースを持っての移動も楽でした。 朝食会場の席数が少ないですが、チーズやハム、卵、ソーセージ、パン類などの定番が揃っています。

This is my regular place to stay when I come to Bucharest for business trips. The location and service are good. I always wish to have a rubbishbin in the bed room in addition to the bathroom.

部屋は広くて快適。ただ部屋数の割に朝食レストランが狭くて毎朝混雑していた。これは改善必須と思う。フロントの応対が他ホテルより劣っていると感じた。客をもてなす気持が全く感じられなかった。

Hotel was fine. Was clean and a nice place to sleep.

I'm sure I could have given it a better rating, but I checked in late at night and had to leave without partaking of their breakfast. My room was comfortable for the little time I used it. Good water pressure in the shower.

Very spacious and staffs are helpful with 24hrs reception, right next to central train station and also metro station to travel old town or other destinations

Staff were very friendly and organized and the breakfast buffet was tasty and filling. The rooms were clean but the beds and pillows were very basic. We didn't see an air conditioning unit or mini fridge in the room either. Given we stayed only 2 nights and came into the city by train, the location was convenient and we had a pleasant stay.

Comfortable and well situated propriety, near train station and metro. Amazing plants all through the hotel and rooms. Restaurant, off lobby, with good food and very good service

The room was fine. Breakfast good. Close to train, but going along with that is te neighborhood trains are found in.

Too hot. No control over AC. Noisy from rear of property even with the window closed. Mini bar not stocked.

Our stay was for six nights at the end of April-beginning of May. The hotel and restaurant staff were wonderful and saved our stay entirely. I can't stress enough how pleasant and welcoming everyone was. The room was clean but the maintenance lacked a little. The restroom exhaust fan did not work at all. The centralized HVAC was still primarily on HEAT rendering the "cooler" control settings ineffective. As such, our room was a sauna. This would have been entirely intolerable for our comfort level, even with our window open. Thankfully, we were provided an oscillating fan. The fan was the difference between otherwise seeking different accommodations after the first night.
