I don't like to complain, but our stay at this hotel needs to be brought to someone's attention. We booked two rooms for my wife and me and 7 grandchildren. The pullout bed in the first room was deeply stained and literally springs were poking out of the mattress. The desk attendant moved my wife and five of the children to another room. The room I and the other children and pet were given a pet friendly room. The room wreaked of cannabis smell so bad I was concerned from a health point of view. The desk attendant acknowledged the smell in the hall as well. She offered us a room on a higher floor, exchanged the key cards and sent us to a room, but when we entered the room it had not been cleaned. Soiled bed sheets, soiled wash clothes and trash in the room. Again I brought to the attention of the desk attendant, and was then moved to a third room. We checked in around 6, but with all these circumstances we didn't get to settled until nearly 10 pm. Also we in part chose this hotel because we wanted a pool. When we arrived we were told it was closed. I understand things may have to be closed for a repair but apparently we since learned it hasn't been repaired for about a year. I've never had an experience like this at any hotel, even other Choice hotels. And again it's not my nature to complain, but this was really a great frustration. Regards, Doug Beck

Smells like mold everywhere, very old tv, the pool is closed no notice, very limited options for food if u re here late in the nights!

everything was wrong with our room, bed was broken, no toilet paper, floor so sticky my feet stuck to it, had to get another room, better, but coffee maker did not work, bathroom was not cleaned properly. Won't stay here or at any other Sleep Inn again

Accessible location, surrounded by fast food establishments and Wal-Mart. They ran out of extra bedding for the pull out sofa. The peep hold is double sided and the room door does not toich the floor and there was a 1-2 inch gap. We blocked it woth a towel for temperature control. Limited breakfast selection. Grateful for aa roof overhead. Staff were kind but would try to stay with another establishment.

Not bad, small tv, no streaming service

Beds never made ,no change of sheets, no fresh towels. Floor never vacuumed.Bath and shower never cleaned. All of this after during a 7 night stay.

The place was overall OK. Needs to be updated. Room smell way too much like cleaning chemicals… Specifically Fabulosa. The room was small. But overall fairlygood experience.

The condition of the room was unsatisfactory, necessitating extensive cleaning of all surfaces. The walls exhibited coffee stains, the carpet was soiled, and the knobs and switches were contaminated. I have not previously encountered a room requiring such thorough preparation before occupancy. While I intend to utilize my loyalty points, I will not be selecting Choice Hotels for future accommodations. That by choice.

Coffee maker was dirty in the room and they wouldn’t replace it. The floors were damp and had to wear shoes in our room.

Hotel was ok but felt cheap and dirty

Stayed for one night. Rooms were clean and heds comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was decent for a quick bite.

Nice and quiet

Ive stayed here before and was very happy but this stay i was pretty surprised after a long trip on the road and in need of a good nap befor evening plans that when i got to my room at 4pm, i heard noise outside my window. I looked out to see a guy with a pickup truck next to his trailer. A grill set up in front of the grailer, a generator blaring away, and he is bust with an electric cutoff tool cutting the rusted wheel wells off his pickup truck! He was out there till 8:30 when i left, and still out there when i returned at 2am although the generator was off then. This morning at 7am i noticed new patch panels had been welded on the truck. It was extremely trashy looking in every way possible to the hotel and i dont know how nobody said a word to them. They had obviously been at it for quite some time before my arrival. At one point i had to go out and move my B ehicle because his buddy pulled in, parked very close to my vehicle, and started immediately working on that one too. I didn't complain at the time as they saw me arrive and their room was directly across from mine of course. I didnt need my vehicle damaged as it wouldnt be hard to tell where the complaint came from. I discretely took pics so forgive the quality but how do you let this happen in your parking lot disturbing guestes and making it look like a very bad trailer park. Most trailer parks wouldn't accept this. Never got that nap in so it put a bit of a damper on my plans since i was exhausted.

When I book this property I booked it under the presumption that they had a swimming pool and a jacuzzi when I got to the hotel the hotel said Expedia knew that they didn't have one it was being reconstructed they sent that out months ago Expedia did not reach out to me to offer a refund of any portion . I would not have booked that reservation had I known they didn't have the specifics I was looking for I was looking for a hotel with an indoor swimming pool very disappointed

Everyone are polite and have good attitude with customers, very quiet to rest, clean, excellent! Love it!!

Very nice stuff and comfortable beds.

The pool wasn't open and we were not told that at check in.

The room was smelling
