Our family had an amazing two days! Fun for everyone….

Beautiful property and pools with water slides and lots of fun for kids.

The area is beautiful but parking in comparison to the entrance is not very convenient. I was lucky it wasn’t raining when I had to go back and forth to my vehicle.

Great, beautiful. Too many conventions and it was packed with drunk convention ppl.

The shower was very slow

The property is beautiful and very nicely kept; however, it is a kids resort. The property was packed with family, not ideal for couples trying to relax. The rooms are also small and we had a corner room.

Had an amazing trip at the Hyatt great for families! Emily at the front desk was so helpful!

Second time visiting this resort and turned out to be to be even better than the first time. Great job to staff and management. Your training really shows.

Nice

The property is spectacular. The room was large and beds comfortable. A little spartan for the price but nonetheless acceptable. Unfortunately I came home with some super itchy biteson my legs and the back of my neck. Manager said it was from flying insects by the pool but I am not convinced. It took several weeks before they resolved.

Our family had the most wonderful weekend getaway at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, every detail and bit of care the staff put into making our stay special was so evident. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible pool area — we spent most of our time there! Being able to order delicious food poolside was such a great way to save time and maximize our time outdoors. It was perfect for our family, who just wanted to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. A special shoutout to John, the lifeguard at one of the slides — he went above and beyond every time we saw him. He interacted with our family each time we went up and was especially attentive to my son, making sure he was having a great time. I also noticed how patient and supportive he was with kids who were a little hesitant about going down the slide. His kindness truly stood out. We can’t wait to come back soon with our little family. Thank you, Hyatt, for such a memorable experience!

Fantastic time

From the minute we pulled up in front of the resort, it was impressive. While my husband went in to check in, a young man (NOD) greeted me and took our bags from the car. He escorted me into the hotel and began answering my questions - super friendly and nice. We were happy to be given an early check in, and immediately unpacked and headed to the pool. We had a delicious lunch with a terrifc waitress. Our dinner in the hotel "nice restaurant" was delightful, a wonderful waiter and delicious food. Our room was spacious, spotless, and super comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

It’s all about the pools. Great collection of nice places to swim. Food at restaurants was good.

We’ve stayed at this property about 10 times since 2016. Front desk service went downhill. Never got a boat ride to the beach, there were only 3 boats. We had previously stayed in rooms that had better amenities and despite paying over $800/night, we had a tub shower and a partial bay view. Couldn’t find a single chair at the pool. The poor bartender at the pool was hustling for hours.
