街の中心Plaza mayorのすぐ近くに位置する。ホテル前は歩行者天国なので車は直接乗り付けられないが、近くに国鉄駅へ行く市バスのバス停あり(時刻やルートは事前に要チェック）。部屋は日本のシティホテルのような内装、バスタブも大きく、日本人にはホッとする。セーフティボックスの暗証番号がリセットされておらずフロントのヘルプを要したこと以外、快適に過ごせた。ややスペイン語を要するかもしれないが、観光的すぎずスペインの普段着の雰囲気で、また泊まりたい。

The staff were nice, and gave us a different room when I asked. Rooms clean and comfortable. Hotel had a convenient location.

The room was alright, but the staff were very minimal, with receptionist disappearing for hours at a time. I tried to call down three times on the phone, plus actually physically went downstairs but nobody was there, around 8:30pm. There is no bar and no parking. These are remnants from many years ago, and nobody has told hotels.com. The guy who checked me in told me it wasn't paid and tried to make me pay again and so I had to wait a long time for him to let us in the room, although I paid in advance on hotels.com. It's really NOT a 4-star hotel, nomidea what the stars are for.

The hotel is run down and very dated. Carpet in the room was rough. 1970’s hair dryer was a surprise. Room was extremely small. The location was great. Hotel sits 500 steps from Plaza Mayor. Reception was great and provided multiple recommendations for restaurants and things to do. For the price it was good, but nowhere close to 4 stars.

El parking del hotel se averió y tuvimos que aparcar en el parking de la plaza mayor que era más caro. Lo mejor la ubicación.

Facile d’accès et stationnement public à proximité. Grande chambre moderne. Personnel accueillant.

El hotel esta miy bien, no puede ser más centrico. Para mi gusto le falta quitar la moqueta, y cambiar la ducha por bañera, y poner enchufes al lado de las mesillas. La habitación muy grande y el personal amable .

Muy tranquilo para dormir por la noche, en pleno centro y todo bien cuidado.

La única pega que le pongo a la habitación es que la ducha no funcionaba bien por lo que salía muy poca agua, el resto todo perfecto.

El trato del personal fue estupendo! Si ya pensábamos volver por la limpieza del lugar... Volvemos si o si por la atención de recepción! 10/10
