総合評価とレビュー Staybridge Suites RALEIGH-DURHAM APT-MORRISVILLE by IHG, an IHG Hotel

出張の際にいつも使ってますが、月曜日から水曜日の夜は軽食やビール、ワインお酒などがただで提供されるため、ありがたい。

部屋はスイーツタイプでとても広く、快適でした。ロビーもとても良いのですが、コーヒーサービスが朝だけで残念でした。ホテル周辺にはお店など何もありません。スタッフは皆良い人たちでしたが、一人だけとても態度の悪い方がいて残念でした。

遮光のカーテンがレールが短いため窓全体を被わず夜間は外から中が見える2階の部屋だった。明かりを消していた。特にシャワーを浴びるときは間にあるクローゼットの扉を開けて半分見えなくした。他の部屋はほぼカーテンで覆えていたが満杯。

夜中の到着にも拘らず、無料シャトルバスで迎えに来てくれました。空港から5分ほどでホテルに到着。あたりの治安は良く、周りはホリディイン、ハンプトンイン、デイズインなど他のホテルも同一敷地内にあるので、安心でした。すぐそばに24時間対応のガソリンスタンド兼コンビニや、コーヒーショップもありました。スタッフは明るく丁寧で、私の泊まった部屋は、広く清潔で冷蔵庫、コンロ、食器、食洗機などSuitesに必要なものは一通りそろっています。連泊される方にお薦めです。

部屋にキッチンや食器がそろっており、片付けも行ってくれ、居心地は良かった 空港から近く、幹線道路も近い為、移動に便利な場所にある

不満は何もありません。 しいていえば、部屋のアメニティとして、スリッパとバスローブがあればよかった。 歯磨きセットはフロントでリクエストしたら貰えました。 朝食もまずまず、ディスペンサーのジュースが漂白剤臭かった（ハンバーガー店でも同様でした）。 コストパフォーマンス的には満足できました。

Everything was good but I booked 2 rooms and had to pay $50 extra for each room. Checked out yesterday at 11:30 and still have not received my deposit back yet.

The hotel had a hvac issue that couldn’t be fixed so they canceled our room just a few hours before check in, and there were 7 of us. They didn’t try to find alternative accommodation or help alleviate the significant inconvenience in any way. Terrible customer service. Thank goodness for Expedia.

Very welcoming atmosphere. Friendly employees. Continental breakfast and even a dinner! The room was spacious and had a kitchenette. Perfect for a family. Close to airport

Stayed one night with my husband. Check-in was easy, the property was clean, and the room was spacious. Breakfast offered waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, pastries and a variety of beverages. I recommend.

Walks are thin. Noise was an issue.

Great hotel, we had 2 bedroom 2 bath suite and it was very roomy and comfortable

Our stay was very good. The room was clean and well stocked. Our room was very accessible to the front desk as well as the main area for breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

Very nice clean room and close, easy , short drive to catch early flight out. Look forward to staying here again for our next trip.
