スタッフが大変フレンドリー。朝食のオムレツやパンケーキを目の前で調理してくれる。

部屋は狭く空調も悪く効きません！宿泊中水も出ない事もありました！また水の提供すらありませんしなんと言っても最悪だったのは部屋蟻が出てきて痒い！クレーム入れても満室との返事、でもネットで調べると空きがありしかもわたし達が予約した金額の半額以下！挙句の果てには予約入れて頼んだタクシーも来ず待たされるしまつ！

チェックインや観光時、スタッフのアドバイスが的確で、大変楽しめた。無料アフタヌーンティーの供されるキッチンは、ステンドグラスの美しさが感動もの。屋上にリラックスチェアがあり、絶景。観光疲れで利用できなかったが、プールもステキ。朝食も種類が多く、値段適正。ジャグジーあり。ハンディという無料スマホ貸し出しまであってびっくり。 玄関の施錠された鉄格子に安心感あり。玄関の鍵は宿泊者に渡されるので夜間出入りも可能。

従業員の方々サービスがとても良かったです。部屋は若干古く、ベッドの寝心地もまぁまぁですが、立地もよくとてもリラックスして楽しめました。

写真通りの素敵なホテルでした。 部屋数も１２と少ないため、スタッフ全員が宿泊客を認識しており、歓迎してくれているのを場面場面に感じました。 ダイニング、バー、屋上のテラス、地下のプール等施設も整っていたのですが、宿泊日数の都合上余り利用できなかったのが残念でした。 パロマ市街へのアクセスも最高で、寝る時間を惜しんで外を歩いていました。 部屋も落ち着いていて申し分ないのですが、欲を言えばWiFiが遅くて使いものにならない事。スイートルームで無かったため、窓からの景色が今一つだった事です。

It was a very pleasant stay.Nice location just behind the cathedral and helpful staff. We booked a junior sweet in winter time,but kindly upgraded to lager room with balcony. The way to the hotel by rent a car is little complicated and it takes a skillful drive because of the narrow way.But hotel staff helped us to park the car in the parking lot.Nice sea view from the roof top and the Mallorcan atomospher is filled in the Hotel. If “Rock climber”,there are so many nice place to enjoy climbing.Especially, one of the hotel staff is “Climber”.

Hotel Gute lage konntest viel zu Fuß und Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichen. Hatten viele kleinere Tiere im Zimmer. Frühstück Auswahl für die 10 Tage zwar sehr gut aber die Auswahlmöglichkeiten sehr gering.

Absolutely gorgeous property and close to everything

Can’t recommend highly enough. The staff are so kind and friendly making you feel like you're staying with family. They went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble and made the stay extra special. The location is so central and easy to walk to everything. The rooftop terrace was my favourite spot, so peaceful with sounds of the birds and church bells, away from the bustle of the city. Don’t miss out on the breakfasts, I think we tried all the options, they were all amazing! The only downside is having to leave!

Schön die Palazzo-Atmosphäre (Architektonisch und einrichtungsmässig).Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr ruhig, zum Atrium hin gelegen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Konzeptionsbedingt kann manches nicht geboten werden, wie z.B. eine Hotelbar. Es gibt kleine Mängel in der Ausstattung, wie ein klappriger Aufzug und eine wackelnde Toilette. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

There was no way to call reception from the room, or from anywhere - very difficult to get in touch with anyone when things are broken or go wrong. Otherwise, a nice hotel, but for the price similar hotels in the area offer a much better all around service.

Eine außergewöhnliche Locarion mit wunderschönem Ambiente in einem sehr alten Stadtpalast. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und der Service in dem kleinen Hotel ganz hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist absolut topp.
