小さいけれどとてもチャーミングで清潔なホテルでした。 壁が薄いのか他の部屋の音が聞こえてきましたが想定内でしたので耳栓をして就寝。 スタッフの対応も良くてこの値段であれば満足です。

ゆっくりできない。 ゆっくりしてられない。 寒いです。 1階の部屋だったからなのか、 フロント、廊下、いたるところで従業員がうるさい。 喫煙室があるというから宿泊したのに、いざチェックインすると喫煙はやめてくれと言う。 サービスもホテルの都合で変えられる。 もう二度と利用しない。

Hotel Jane was a great stay. The breakfast was delicious. They offered several different food options, coffee, juice, etc. It also had an elevator, which is helpful with luggage. There is someone at the reception desk to assist you with getting taxi’s, etc. The hotel was clean and had a nice shower.

The Hotel Jane is a true gem. This small hotel is not only spotless, but its staff provides truly incredible service. The rooms are perfectly clean and well-equipped, and the peaceful location is perfect for unwinding. You'll also love having a superb wine bar and excellent gluten-free restaurants just a short walk away.

It was good and comfortable.

Very clean room, parking was provided free of cost which was a big surprise. Breakfast was incredible, so many high quality items to pick from. A short walk to the historic city was very doable even while pushing a stroller. Good experience overall!

Quarto um pouco pequeno, mas nada que comprometesse a estádia, café da manhã é muito bom e com uma grande variedades, somente no nosso segundo dia que só tinha uma funcionária auxiliando que o café não teve reposição por algum tempo, e demoraram pra arrumar as mesas sujas.

Esta Hotel está muy recomendable, el Servicio y Atención está perfecto. Me gustó mucho el Cuarto y el Desayuno. Super recomendable

The hotel itself is great, comfortable and with good AC. The location is not ideal because everything is more than a 30 minute walk and taxis can get expensive. Everything is a short drive away 12-15 minutes but range between 15-30 euros.

+ Bra läge med säker betalparkering en liten bit från hotellet. Väldigt trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Stort utbud på frukosten - både sött och salt. - Det är ganska trångt i badrummet. Smal öppning i duschkabinen. Toaletten står så att man har knäna mot duschväggen om man har långa ben/ är över 1.80 m lång.

The family room is nice and spacious, and the breakfast is wonderful! The hotel has no parking facilities, although there is a parking lot nearby charges £15 per 24hr.

The Hotel Jane is a gem of a hotel. The rooms were comfortable and all of the staff were welcoming and professional. The safe was a little tricky, but once I figured it out, it was easy. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of variety and the coffee was tasty. Definitely worth staying for. Later on in the day, you can get a drink or snack in the breakfast area. Hotel Jane is easy walking distance to bus stops and all the taxi/Ubers are familiar with the hotel because it is so well liked. I absolutely will stay here the next time I am in Florence.

Staff will go out of their way to meet your needs - for me that’s regular cappuccinos and a shuttle service to town.

The staff was awesome! Having parking available was a necessity. The room was clean though the AC could have been a little better. The breakfast was great and we were only a 20 minute walk to the historic center. Great place!

👍👍👍👍👍Ein wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Begrüßung durch das Personal hervorragend. Frühstück war richtig lecker 😋. Ins Zentrum gut zu Fuß erreichbar (ca.20 bis 25 Minuten). Vom Flughafen gut erreichbar, erst mit der Tram Nr. 2bis zum Bahnhof Firenze S.MN.,dann weiter mit dem Bus Nr.6.
