部屋が狭すぎる。その割に掃除が行き届かずホコリがチラホラ…

落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルでした。年代物ですが、手入れはきちんとしていました。WiFiの信号レベルが特定エリア以外では弱いのが強いて言えば難点です。

空港に近いという点で予約したホテルでしたが、チェックイン時にフロントスタッフはおらず、他の宿泊客も待っている様子。5分後くらいにやっとスタッフが現れるも、謝罪もなく、明らかにスタッフ不足でサービスが行き届いていない様子でした。さて、部屋に入ってみると照明がとても暗く、トイレは悪臭と長い髪の毛の毛玉を発見。洗面所の水も排水が悪く、とても不潔でした。連泊だったのでクリーニング後にホテルに戻ったものの、タオルなどは補充されていましたが、トイレットペーパーやサニタリーキッドなどの補充はなく、シャンプーが足りなくて困りました。朝食はブュッフェ方式のものがありますが、フルーツや野菜などは一切なく、ハムにチーズにパンなどという大変簡単なもので、パンに関してはまずくてこれがナポリなのか?という感じでした。スタッフの態度も悪く、気分のいいものではありませんでした。インターネットサービスはWIFIはあるものの、ホテルの利用フリーなパソコンは壊れていて事務所のPCを使うように言われました。周辺の治安もあまり良いとは言えず、とても不快な2日間でした。せっかくの旅行が残念な結果でした。

L'hotel è veramente spartano ed avrebbe bisogno di un accurato restiling. Detto questo: il personale è veramente cortese ed accogliente; la colazione modesta ma realizzata con buoni ingredienti; si trova in una zona discreta ma per raggiungere il centro dovete essere buoni camminatori.

Camera pulita, ma struttura vintage

Property was nice. Staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast, A/C, and WiFi was included. Our room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny and cramped.

There was no room service. Lifts took ages to come. Horrible smell coming from the restaurant area all day long...stuffy and smelly. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the lobby and piles of dust gathering in so called showcases. The fish tank had algae which was easily 2-3 years old. The air-conditioning was badly placed so the main sleeping area didn't get cool while the dressing area was freezing cold. No proper extractor in the bathroom leading to more lingering smells. Location is on a very busy road with 2 petrol pumps within 500yrds of the entrance meaning constantly busy. Rude abrupt staff who seem to find all this very normal and can't see our point at all.

A very tired property. I would have said a 2* or 3* at best.

Terrible place to stay, Naples is a ghetto. Extremely small to move around our room. Not very clean. No power to the room when you leave because you need to invert you key Tab into a device. So don't think your laptop is charging when you are out. This neighborhood is scary for travelers at night, garbage everywhere on the streets in the bins that are over flowing. Avoid Naples altogether!!!!!

A 10 minute drive by taxi brings you to the hotel. Ask the driver at the airport how much before you leave they can charge more than others. We found both the hotel and the room very clean. The staff are friendly and the roof top terrace is most enjoyable. Make sure to ask for the remote control for the air conditioning and TV.

The front desk staff were very approachable, and helpful. If road traffic disturbs you then this is not the place for you. I loved being in the city within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and Museum of Archeology. Room was basic, spacious and clean.

The hotel was stylish and tastefully decorated.Some of the facilities needed a screw tightening here and there but these minor observations pale into insignificance with the support I received from staff when my phone was stolen. Lovely people and I’d stay there again. Good value for money.

Amazing front desk staff! She was so helpful (I forgot her name :( ) Different (but not bad) area than we stayed the last time we came to Naples. This felt more like we were away from all the tourists, which was nice.

They should close this hotel! It's old and dirty

This hotel is located in a real bad area, garbage and graffiti everywhere . On a main and loud street, there was fireworks at midnight. The staff as non accommodating or friendly, the room where big which is fine, but the beds where SUPER uncomfortable, the mattress super hard, sheets old and rough, pillows on 2 flat an old, the phone of course didn’t work to call for more pillows. The bathrooms moldy and towels old. Hotels.com drop this hotel . This is the WORST HOTEL hotel I have stay at.
