イタリア語はわかりませんでしたが、スタッフ皆、親切でよかったです。立地もよく観光にとても便利でした。

車でのアプローチに多少手間取りました。通行禁止の区間を車で入るのが躊躇われ、車を近くのロータリーに停め、2~3分歩いてホテルで確認したところ、通行禁止の道を入って良いとの事で、ホテル前のスペースに停める事が出来ました。直ぐにポーターが荷物を運び、車はバレーパキングしてくれました。 カンポ広場に近く大変ローケーションが良く、ホテル自体がさすがに5スターだと感じました。朝食は素晴らしいです。 機会があればまた滞在したいと思います。

シエナの文化ゾーンにあり、レンタカーでのアクセスが分からず困った。イタリアは文化地域に外から入ると警察がビデオ撮影していて後で罰金が請求される。結局は、このホテルから従業員が来てくれて道案内してホテルまで行けた。古い5つ星ホテルとしては部屋は大したことないが、この文化地域のど真ん中で5つ星は快適と言える。

街の中心部にあり観光にはとても便利。 スイートは広く清潔感のある快適な部屋でした。

バンキ、ディ、ソプラ通りに面した17世紀のパラッツォのホテル。アンティーク調でお城に泊まった気分。部屋からはサリンベーニ広場が見え大満足。

場所も便利で、大変心地の良い滞在をさせていただきました。いくつかのお願い事にも、快く手配いただきました。またぜひ利用したいと思います。

ほとんど完璧でしたが、チェックアウト後数時間クルマをバレーパーキングでそのまま預かってもらいました。3時頃戻るとガレージに人がいないので5時まで出せないと言われ待たされました。24時間出し入れ自由と言っていたのに。

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The hotel is spacious, nice and clean, as you would expect at a 5 star hotel. The location couldn’t be better. Hotel personnel is highly professional. You won’t find a better place to have breakfast than at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel located in historic walking district of Siena. 5 star historic hotel with bar & lounge area for coffee, drinks, lunch, dinner, upscale restaurant. Great breakfast buffet or a la carte options. Food & wine were excellent. Large spacious rooms with great Air Cond (it was in the 90’s). Comfortable beds, pillow options. Stayed 5 days 2 different rooms-had a last minute travel change.
