Very comfortable

The Best Hotel is a unique place. Built in the heyday of the Turkish Republic in the '50s-'60s and across the street from the American and Soviet embassies, the Best was at the center of international politics and society. It still retains that charm, even though the Ankara scene has shifted. It is a proud reminder of the past but retains its elegance. The staff is superb, the food and service is great, and it is very fairly priced. If you are genuinely interested in Turkiye and Ankara, it is a great place to be.

Otelin konumu iyi ancak mobilyalar, TV, banyo oldukça eskiydi. Kahvaltı yurt kahvaltısı düzeyinde oldukça vasat. O lokasyonda onlarca otel var. Bir daha tercih edeceğimi sanmıyorum. Otelin acilen yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var.

Otelin karşılaştığım tüm çalışanları çok kibar ve tatlıydı. Her konuda yardımcı oldular.

İt is not clean. Everything is old. AC is not properly working. The worst hotel experience so far! The staff, however, are so gentle. They have nothing to do, as the owner must invest for renovation.

Hiçbir yerde bu kadar disiplinli ve nazik personel görmedimm onlara saygı duyuyorum.. Otel retro olarak tasvir edebileceğim nacizane otellerden fiyatı makul muadillerine göre çok çok iyi. Ben memnun kaldımm gideceklere tavsiye ederim tam bi aile oteli..

Great value for money. Hotel with a very old school feel. Would recommend.

Best Otel'de uzun yıllardır kalmamıştım. Yolum düşünce ilk tercihim oldu. Evim kadar rahat hissettiğim bir yerdi. Aynı atmosferi buldum. Teşekkürler.

Outdated and old

Very old and poor. Okey it is cheap but really old. The staff is polite and friendly I chose this hotel just because I thought it was opposite the American Consulate. But they moved to another address. No umbrellas in this hotel Breakfast is also not perfect Actually it is not 4 stars

This is my third time staying at this property . First time was in 1998, next in 2020 and now. The physical condition of the property has deteriorated and the rooms show their age, although still pretend to appear chic. The problem is that things are broken down or just not clean. The AC doesn’t work. The bathroom pipes are rusty and the door hard to close. No iron at the property! Breakfast choices are very limited and not so good. On the flip side, the staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help. Thank you.

Çalışanlar çok kibar ve ilgili. Otel eski ama temiz. Klima yüzünden odanın klimaya yakın kısımları ıslaktı.

Biz arkadaşımla haftasonu tatili için geldik ve hem kızılaya yakınlık hem de ulaşım açısından kolaylık arayaşında olduğumuz için bu oteli seçtik. Geldiğimizde de otelin personellerinin ilgisi odanın temizliği kahvaltısı her şeyi mükemmeldi yine gelsem tercih edeceğim bir otel emekleri için teşekkür ederiz

Kahvaltı dışında herşey çok iyiydi. Kahvaltıda çeşit az ve çok çabuk bitiyor.

Otel calisanlari cok yardimsever ve guleryuzluydu. Is nedeniyle geldigimiz icin gayet yeterliydi. Tavsiye ederim.

The building is very old and they didn't remodel or refurnish it. You see dirty spots in every corner. I got the suit and it was tribble, the shower area was full of mold. I don't know how they are still open. Don't waste your time and money and look for another place to stay.

Güzel bir konumdaydı, Havaalanından Ankaranın merkezi Kızılay a Ankara Air ile 80 tl ye ulaştım (3 $ civarı) Kızılaydan otele 60 tl (2 $ civarı) tutan taksi 5 dakikada ulaştırdı . Otelin arka sokağında mükemmel restoranlar vardı. Oda biraz eski dizayn ama işgörür şekildeydi,personeller güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odadaki masa ile rahatlıkla bilgisayarımda çalıabildim. Wİfi sorunsuz çalıştı.

It was nice hotel but all is very old. I think no any investment after 2000. But it was ok for me. The thing that I could not understand is that they did not put kettle inside room. How is it possible ? It is maximum 20-30$ and no need to do special electric isolation. I hope they can put kettle all rooms and others can not have problem like me.
