古い施設だが清潔にメンテされている。車ベースでのコスパ優先旅行なら、全く問題無し。

4泊5日の滞在をさせて頂きました。朝から晩までセミナー漬けで、殆ど寝るだけの滞在でした。とても、駅から900メートル程離れていましたが、朝晩の良い運動になりました。ホテルは静かで穏やかな雰囲気の場所です。ホテルの方もとても面白い方でした。 英語が全く話せなかったのですが、チェックインもチェックアウトとあっという間にできました。 欲を言えば、バスタオルの交換を滞在中に１回はして欲しかったです。他は申し分なく過ごしやすく、良いホテルでした。

価格のわりには悪くはない。とくにシャワーとベッドが汚くないのは良かった。ベッドメイキングが綺麗なのも嬉しかった。しかしコインランドリーはひどく不潔だった。洗濯しようと思ったが洗濯機の悪臭がひどいのでやめておいた。

Room service dinner arrived without cutlery , some of the lights did not work . I prepaid breakfast and was invited at check-in to come to breakfast the next morning . I entered the buffet breakfast area made coffee and a plate of breakfast , a staff member then in a loud voice so others could hear ….. ‘ you can’t just walk in here and help yourself to breakfast without pre booking and paying … I explained I had paid , she continued in a loud voice ‘what room are you in ‘I have my room number , she replied ‘ no you have not paid , finish your breakfast and I’ll speak to your after … I was humiliated ! I went back to my room and produced my booking document which proved my payment . No apology was offered ! Very humiliating !!

The staff were so friendly. I can’t fault anything here. Food was delicious and I loved the buffet breakfast option. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Definitely will be staying here again

The room was advertised as a delux. Certainly was not. The whole room was in a shocking state of disrepair. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Was a dismal stay. Would not recommend to anyone and we would not stay there again.

Very comfortable room, warm, clean. Pool area looked bit unkept as did an outdoor undercovered area next to our room. Staff friendly and efficient.

Noisy and smoke from other balconies, plus car parked in disability spot

It was very clean just that the furniture is old and worn. The toilet has a scary rust and little broken things that should be fixed. From the road, the sight of scattered furniture in the conference hall is a tad appalling. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Location is excellent. They just need to improve on aesthetics. I almost missed my taxi as we didn’t know the reception doesn’t open early. It was late when we figured the rear door but we made it. Lol
