ストリップエリアまではほぼ一本道で車で10〜15分、ラスベガス、グランドキャニオン観光の拠点として利用。 周辺エリアもコンビニやガソリンスタンドが沢山あり、不自由なしです。 施設の状態、サービスなど充分な内容でした。

Nellis AFBのエアーショーに行く場合に滞在するホテルとしてはベストなホテルです。　エアーショーのPまで車で5分程度の距離のため朝もゆっくりできます。　無料の朝食が付いているので朝食に悩むこともありませんし、ロビーでは終日珈琲のサービスがあります。近隣にはwalmartがあるので、何か不足しているときはすぐに買い足せます。　但し、歩いていける距離には何もないので車は必要です。　まだ新しいためか部屋などの施設はきれいで快適です。　エレベーターが１基しかないために朝などは込み合うことがありますが、３階建てなのでその場合は階段を利用すれば早いです。　ラスベガスのダウンタウン、ストリップにも車で20～30程度で行くことができます。　エアーショー終了後はラスベガスの夜も楽しめます。

I felt room was neglected. Rude front desk person. cockroaches and insects, attaching photos. Smell was so bad like pee and construction mix. Air conditioner was like generator.

Restroom not really clean.

The room we were put in , I don't think it had been cleaned in a very long time. The carpet was ripped up and soggy we had to wear our shoes the entire time. The shower was so gross I did not take a shower. I have photos. The ceiling was stained the walls were stained. It smelled terrible . We did get moved to another room but it had no heat and at times no Hot water. It was not the girls at the front desks fault. The hotel manager needs a course on hospitality and customer service. We came in from Alaska very disappointed . I stay at Holiday Inns all over the country this was the WORST place I've ever stayed in.

The room had no hot water. The lights flickered. The bed mattress had no support and left my back needing a chiropractor.

Our first room only had a heater the ac didn’t work. They switched us room then tried to tell use that our dog left a stain I. The first room. My wife tried to scrub it on her knees and it didn’t come out. Then a hour into our 2nd room they wanted to move us again down to the 1st floor cause we had a service dog.

TV, refrigerator, phone, not in working order. No one available for assistance. Homeless man sleeping in front of side, front door.

The floor in the bathroom was dirty. Otherwise this was good. Breakfast was amazing.

We liked that the hotel was in a quiet area, breakfast was good, pool was not open and they still put it in the advertisement for the hotel. Parking was very convenient but the property needed some upgrades like the elevator and walls, etc.

This hotel is the Worst holiday Inn that I have stayed over the last thirty years. I stayed there for 4 nights in a row and they NEVER cleaned my room or changed my bed sheets or gave new towels! I told the manager about this after ny second day and he said he would correct this but did nothing for the next two days! Never worry about the customer and the maintence of their room!
