こじんまりしたホテルです。みんなフレンドリーでサービスも良くて、気持ちの良い滞在が出来ました。前の海は、シュノーケルには、最適です。朝食も7日間毎日違っていました。

オールインクルーシブで、５泊しました。レストランが１つしかないので、飽きないか不安でしたが、メニューはシーフード、メキシカン、イタリアン、ハンバーガーなど多彩で、どれも本当に美味しかったです。腕の良いシェフが丁寧に作っているのが伝わりました。 ホテルのスタッフも皆感じが良く、目の前のビーチはキレイで魚が見え、周りも静かで、とても快適に過ごせました。 一度カンクンに行きましたが、このホテルのおかげで、コスメルのほうが断然お気に入りになりました。 特にファミリーにはオススメです。

総合的には満足であったが、 悪かった点・予約の部屋と異なる部屋を提供され、抗議するも空きがないと言われ渋々承諾。その際のフロントの男性の対応に全く誠意感じられず印象が悪い。 良かった点・ロケーションが最高。美しい海を目の前にし、静かで落ち着いたリゾート。全体的に客の年齢層が高く、リピーターが多いようだ。オールインクルーシブにしたが、お酒・食事（朝食以外はアラカルト）とも申し分なく、酒飲みにはALプランをお勧めする。

A very nice place, a beautiful beach, comfortable rooms with a spectacular sea view, good breakfast—I would definitely come back.

The breakfast was ok but the restaurant offers a variety of different options. We enjoyed having dinner outside and the food was delicious.

Such a relief from the property we originally booked in town. The rooms were soundproof. Staff very nice and hotel was everything we wanted. Scuba with Chris is recommended!!!

Tiene potencial, pero al ser un hotel antiguo hay varias cosas que se podrían mejorar. Lo bueno: La vista es excelente, la habitación está limpia en general, incluye desayuno y tiene una pequeña playa. Lo malo: No hicieron el aseo 1 día, no pusieron la cantidad correcta de toallas, el internet es pésimo, no salía agua caliente en la habitación, la calidad del desayuno es mala (queso de omelettes es vegetales, los "jugos" no son jugos sino bebidas saborizada), no hay suficientes camastros en la playa. El servicio en el restaurante es lento y con baja hospitalidad.

3rd time staying at the property. Just need to work on maintenance of property. Example, the lobby bathrooms were not working during our stay. Staff and room were great. Thanks

Good value. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Peaceful and quiet (first week of May). Wifi in my part of the hotel was very slow and unreliable.

The breakfast was always great. If you are looking for fun at a hotel, this is not the place. One outside bar closes at 5:00 p.m. The other bar at 11:00 p.m. No happy music at either bar. Gift shop was closed. Massage place was closed. We had the front desk call them to make an appointment. We would not stay there again. They charged us for a bottle of water from the room fridge. We never touched their sodas and water. Not a good experience at all.

Be careful walking on the pier it has a slippery spot and also the ladder can be quite slippery. Other than that it's perfect paradise!!!

Es un hotel con una playa hermosa, el servicio y el personal son excelentes, las habitaciones están cómodas y limpias, todo en buen estado y de agradable decoración. El desayuno incluido está muy bueno y las comidas en el restaurante o los snacks en el club de playa son deliciosos. Es recomendable para familias y en pareja. Definitivamente regresaremos.

We stayed in one of the oceanfront jacuzzi suites. Our view was incredible! The bed was comfortable and there was a small fridge. The hotel provides bottled water and we had breakfast included which was a hot breakfast, eggs/sausage plus yogurt and fruit. I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful small hotel. The staff was amazing, went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We will definitely be back!

Great value. The location and view are really good. The building is a bit old-school (still use a room key vs a card or code), but for the cost it was great. The staff was very helpful and responsive, there are good restaurants in walking distance, and the on-site dive shop was convenient. We'd go again.

Bar Staff, breakfast, and outdoor bar and loungers were great. I would definitely stay here again

I've stayed at the Playa Azul since 1995. It's been my "go to" for that long and will stay my "go to" until death do us part! The staff is wonderful. Breakfast is good, too. Other than rude Americans, it would be the perfect place to spend time for any reason. The "hogging" of palapas on the beach gets annoying; had to get there by 6 am to get a spot. But, such is a price of paradise. The property is "old" so you're not going to get "exactly" what you want. By far, imho it's the best "little quiet beach" on the island and I've been to most all of them. The spa is fantastic; great "specials" and the staff is divine. Most safe and trustworthy place to spend your precious vacation dollars. And do tip your staff...they work so very hard to do all the things; cooking, cleaning and caring! As a guest, make the effort, go the extra mile for them, like they do for Everyone
