こじんまりしたホテルです。みんなフレンドリーでサービスも良くて、気持ちの良い滞在が出来ました。前の海は、シュノーケルには、最適です。朝食も7日間毎日違っていました。

オールインクルーシブで、５泊しました。レストランが１つしかないので、飽きないか不安でしたが、メニューはシーフード、メキシカン、イタリアン、ハンバーガーなど多彩で、どれも本当に美味しかったです。腕の良いシェフが丁寧に作っているのが伝わりました。 ホテルのスタッフも皆感じが良く、目の前のビーチはキレイで魚が見え、周りも静かで、とても快適に過ごせました。 一度カンクンに行きましたが、このホテルのおかげで、コスメルのほうが断然お気に入りになりました。 特にファミリーにはオススメです。

総合的には満足であったが、 悪かった点・予約の部屋と異なる部屋を提供され、抗議するも空きがないと言われ渋々承諾。その際のフロントの男性の対応に全く誠意感じられず印象が悪い。 良かった点・ロケーションが最高。美しい海を目の前にし、静かで落ち着いたリゾート。全体的に客の年齢層が高く、リピーターが多いようだ。オールインクルーシブにしたが、お酒・食事（朝食以外はアラカルト）とも申し分なく、酒飲みにはALプランをお勧めする。

Worst thing I can say about our stay was a passing cruise ship interrupted one of the beautiful sunsets.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms were spacious, the staff was hard working and friendly. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. It was an easy $10 taxi ride to town. The Lobster House Restaurant and Key Lime Pie Factory across the street are both very good. The only thing that needs some improvement is the food served at the restaurant onsite.

I paid quite a bit to stay there. I think I paid as much, if not more than the Hotel Westin, next door. The Westin looked amazing, because I checked it out. My room at the Playa Azul smelled of mold. I was disappointed.

Hotel staff nothing special. Dining room average. Bartenders ok. Like your a bother to order drinks.

Very enjoyable stay !

Rooms are overall nice, just a little scuffed in places but not bad. Food in the restaurant is excellent. Get the tuna tostadas! Having the snorkeling area right there is great. Would recommend bringing your own gear, though - the dive shop nearby has old equipment that's in bad shape and overcharges you for it. Not the hotel's fault, but wanted to mention so others are aware.

The beach is a small space however once you swim past the small pier there’s plenty of beach to snorkel in. The beach is calm and completely crystal clear for you to snorkel or take a nice swim. The hotel is older but well maintained and very clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast included is the best. The restaurant a bit pricey.

Yes, we had a beautiful room and the staff was over the top friendly and helpful.

Playa Azul is the best! Always clean; the rooms, the lobby, the dining area...even the sand is raked! The staff is friendly, kind, courteous, and always willing to help! Breakfast changes every day, and you have lots of delicious choices. The hotel feels like a home away from home, it's just comfortable. After a day of being out and about adventuring, I feel so relaxed and happy to be back "home."
