こじんまりしたホテルです。みんなフレンドリーでサービスも良くて、気持ちの良い滞在が出来ました。前の海は、シュノーケルには、最適です。朝食も7日間毎日違っていました。

オールインクルーシブで、５泊しました。レストランが１つしかないので、飽きないか不安でしたが、メニューはシーフード、メキシカン、イタリアン、ハンバーガーなど多彩で、どれも本当に美味しかったです。腕の良いシェフが丁寧に作っているのが伝わりました。 ホテルのスタッフも皆感じが良く、目の前のビーチはキレイで魚が見え、周りも静かで、とても快適に過ごせました。 一度カンクンに行きましたが、このホテルのおかげで、コスメルのほうが断然お気に入りになりました。 特にファミリーにはオススメです。

総合的には満足であったが、 悪かった点・予約の部屋と異なる部屋を提供され、抗議するも空きがないと言われ渋々承諾。その際のフロントの男性の対応に全く誠意感じられず印象が悪い。 良かった点・ロケーションが最高。美しい海を目の前にし、静かで落ち着いたリゾート。全体的に客の年齢層が高く、リピーターが多いようだ。オールインクルーシブにしたが、お酒・食事（朝食以外はアラカルト）とも申し分なく、酒飲みにはALプランをお勧めする。

Hotellet i sig känns gammalt och skulle behöva renoveras. Restaurangen har förbättringspotential.

Great staff, clean rooms. Great restaurant on site. Snorkeling just steps away. Small resort with 50 rooms.

Everything about this place stands out. We are returning guests and they always treat us like family. Check in and out is a breeze rooms are fantastic. You cannot go wrong regardless of the one that you get. Tiki bar outback is probably our favorite!

Le site est magnifique et à énormément de charme. Belles installations en bord de mer. Les chambres sont toutefois un peu vieillissantes et mériteraient un peu d’amour et qq rénovations. Le personnel de la réception, du bar de plage et femmes de chambres sont très courtois et professionnels. Le buffet déjeuner pourrait être plus varié et plus chaud. La station à omelettes et œufs au choix est un plus. Le personnel du matin au déjeuner est très nonchalant et peu proactif.

Comfy bed and nice ocean view from 4th floor balcony. Snorkeling was decent from shore (saw fish!). I would have been happier if pool was heated and there was a little more water pressure in shower. Overall nice place good people and nice to be away from cruise ships (good safe area)

We thoroughly enjoyed our eight day stay. This is a well-kept jewel. It’s small with a private beach that offers a nice get away from crowds. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.
