こじんまりしたホテルです。みんなフレンドリーでサービスも良くて、気持ちの良い滞在が出来ました。前の海は、シュノーケルには、最適です。朝食も7日間毎日違っていました。

オールインクルーシブで、５泊しました。レストランが１つしかないので、飽きないか不安でしたが、メニューはシーフード、メキシカン、イタリアン、ハンバーガーなど多彩で、どれも本当に美味しかったです。腕の良いシェフが丁寧に作っているのが伝わりました。 ホテルのスタッフも皆感じが良く、目の前のビーチはキレイで魚が見え、周りも静かで、とても快適に過ごせました。 一度カンクンに行きましたが、このホテルのおかげで、コスメルのほうが断然お気に入りになりました。 特にファミリーにはオススメです。

総合的には満足であったが、 悪かった点・予約の部屋と異なる部屋を提供され、抗議するも空きがないと言われ渋々承諾。その際のフロントの男性の対応に全く誠意感じられず印象が悪い。 良かった点・ロケーションが最高。美しい海を目の前にし、静かで落ち着いたリゾート。全体的に客の年齢層が高く、リピーターが多いようだ。オールインクルーシブにしたが、お酒・食事（朝食以外はアラカルト）とも申し分なく、酒飲みにはALプランをお勧めする。

Such a wonderful hotel right on the beach, snorkeling and activities. Just a few steps away. Food was great as was the staff. We'll be back

La playa es hermosa y el hotel es impecable

Clean, cute and for the most part a friendly staff. We received a walk-out unit as an Expedia VIP member which was convenient and scenic. Now the downsides, really poor internet throughout hotel, TV pretty much non functioning due to constantly disrupted internet signals. The Air Conditioning was really noisy and we couldn’t control the temperature as the thermostat was broken and stuck on high. We went to the lobby to explain the aircon issue and they sent the maintenance guy who said yes it was a problem unit and the only way to turn it off was by turning off the circuit breaker when then left us with no cooling. The shower pressure was really low and the patio had cheap white plastic chairs and table. The Pool was much colder than the Ocean water. The Staff, however, always seemed friendly at the inside bar, front desk and the restaurant, but not friendly at the outside bar. Overall an average stay but this hotel has some work to do to. Oh, and in the future please respond to messages sent through Expedia…

The staff was so friendly and helped us the whole time. We loved staying here. The beach was so close and the pools were awesome. The food was good and drinks were great too! We loved the included breakfast every day and loved the location. The turtles were a bonus too :)

Best hotel I stayed in during my whole trip to the Yucatan area. The hotel is guarded by security in the front and once in the courtyard, noticed a whole bunch of turtles on the property. The hitel is clean and refreshing and the staff was very friendly. The maintenance people were constantly working on the property, whether raking the sand or trimming plants. The hotel has a beautiful beach area as well as a pier you can walk right on, giving you access to Cozumels rocky and fish filled bottom for snorkeling. Had a great time and wish I stayed longer.

Muy bonita vista que teniamos del valcon. la habitacion muy amplia y confortable, todo muy limpioy el personal muy amable, la cama muy confortable.

I stayed for a week with my daughter. The people were very polite, the room was clean/comfortable and spacious with great service. The breakfast was very delicious with a variety of different dishes. Overall it was a great experience and I’d do it all over again.

Excellent ocean view. Calm and beautiful private small beach. Delicious food. Opportunities to snorkel or acuatic moto.This is a small hotel with amazing ocean views.

We absolutely love it here we come and stay here every summer the staff is amazing and the food is so good definitely recommend

Las habitaciones requieren mantenimiento. El aire acondicionado funciona bien, pero al no estar bien insulada la habitación, se genera exceso de condensación (el piso todo el tiempo mojado, pero no poca cosa) , lo que lleva a un exceso de humedad terrible, que provoca que toda la ropa esté húmeda, y descompuso mi cambio electrónico de la bici (fui al Ironman)
