こじんまりしたホテルです。みんなフレンドリーでサービスも良くて、気持ちの良い滞在が出来ました。前の海は、シュノーケルには、最適です。朝食も7日間毎日違っていました。

オールインクルーシブで、５泊しました。レストランが１つしかないので、飽きないか不安でしたが、メニューはシーフード、メキシカン、イタリアン、ハンバーガーなど多彩で、どれも本当に美味しかったです。腕の良いシェフが丁寧に作っているのが伝わりました。 ホテルのスタッフも皆感じが良く、目の前のビーチはキレイで魚が見え、周りも静かで、とても快適に過ごせました。 一度カンクンに行きましたが、このホテルのおかげで、コスメルのほうが断然お気に入りになりました。 特にファミリーにはオススメです。

Habitacion amplia, personal amable, bonita la playa

Old building worn down furniture threadbare upholstery plywood room doors with old key locks that can be breached easily- not secure especially on the 1st floor off of the public areas including the bar, The pool is very small with murky water and the lobby has no air conditioning but several mosquitos. There are 2 brown vinyl lazy boy type chairs in a muddy clearing under some trees with a sign that indicates massages are $143 USD. This is not a hotel that should be open any longer. It should be condemned pending major renovations.

The property is a bit dated and small compared to the larger hotels around it, but it is well maintained and very clean. The bathrooms really need an update. We had a room that opened onto the pool. View was excellent. Bar was nice but a bit expensive $10 for a cocktail $5 beer. Food was also $$ $10 for an order of guacamole and $12 for a quesadilla. There arent many restaurants around so you are reliant on Taxis which are $150 pesos to surrounding restaurants or ride to the ferry.

A very clean and comfortable boutique resort and on one of Cozumels best beach. Perfect for sunsets, it’s not a new crisp hip modern hotel, but very clean, comfortable bed, cold ac and plenty of hot water. Good Mexican style buffet breakfast comes with the price. The staff is very kind and friendly. It is located on the Northern hotel zone so it is very quiet, close to downtown and quick trip to the airport.

Bonita su playa

Creo el hotel es amplio y limpio, el desayuno es muy completo y la mayoría del personal es muy amable. Además el mar ahí esta muy bonito y puedes nadar y ver pecesitos. Lástima que el club de playa con el mismo nombre (en algún lugar había leído era parte del plus) realmente no hace parte de ellos y hay que pagarlo por aparte. Por otra parte, creo le hace falta mantenimiento y una modernización ya que, ejemplo, algunos camastros y cortinas ya están en mal estado (eso si las toallas en muy buen estado) y no estaría mal los enchufes tuvieron conexión usb y los cuartos y sus baños se remodelarán como salen en algunas de sus fotos en Google. No recomiendo la pizza de la carta debido a su masa y creo es importante tener en cuenta que el hotel queda lejos de donde salen normalmente los tours en lancha, entonces si tienen carro evalúen si por el tiempo de hospedaje es mejor pasarlo porque son MXN$600 -700 por ida y vuelta al hotel cada que van a los sitios desde donde salen los tours y $300 al centro. Lo recomiendo en términos generales aunque si creo el precio es algo elevado para ser un hotel 3 estrellas con varios temas a mejorar.

The beach at the property was the best. Plenty of lounge chairs available in both sunny and shady areas. The water was crystal clear which allowed from excellent snorkeling. The free buffet breakfast was excellent as well.

Great for travel with kids. Steps from amazing snorkeling and a 5 min taxi from the City Center. A little dated and the shower drain backed up, but we loved our experience and the location. Staff was very friendly and kind.

Great housekeeping staff

Overall an excellent hotel to spend ur vacation at Cozumel. Great staff, a bedroom that have all that u need plus a good view of the beach. The food at the hotel restaurant is great. Pools could be better but if u don’t like the ocean experience (crazy btw) it is a good option. I’m definitely going to come back to this beautiful island and visit Playa Azul. My brother and I want to thank from the bottom of our hearts for this amazing experience.

It’s so so old and all stink humid and mold, we’ve had roaches in our room. Pools are old and ugly. Ocean and the beach are beautiful, stuff is amazing For this money I’ve stayed at way better properties, wouldn’t ever put 9 for this one.

Hotel could use remodeling, location is great, and staff very friendly. The food and drinks were mid.

A very nice place, a beautiful beach, comfortable rooms with a spectacular sea view, good breakfast—I would definitely come back.

The breakfast was ok but the restaurant offers a variety of different options. We enjoyed having dinner outside and the food was delicious.

Loved the very spacious room, the location, and the staff was fantastic!
