他のノボテル同様　快適。でもチェックイン時の対応がいまいち宿泊費を ダブルで徴収され　後に交渉の末やっと返金された。間違った本人から謝罪なし。他のフロントデスクの対応は良かった。

駅から徒歩20分ぐらい機内持ち込みサイズのケースでしたら徒歩で大丈夫です。 猫まつりで利用。 メインの会場から近くスーパーもあり便利

This hotel is well positioned to get to the centre and the Menin Gate, bith being easily walkable. Check-in was easy and breakfast had a vast choice. The rooms were clean, neat and spacious. The only issue we had, along with our sons who were in another room was the air conditioning was pretty poor. This wouldn't normally be an issue except there is a currently a Europe wide heatwave. All in all, good value for money and perfect as a base.

Not sure why the beds weren’t made. Otherwise no complaints

One of the loveliest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Super comfortable and very quiet, despite its convenient location in the town center. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast seemed expensive, but there is a great bakery just a few doors down.

Very helpful front desk staff. This is an excellent location for attending Rememberance at Menin Gate and visiting local WW1 sites.

breakfast was one of the best good choice of food, room was clean tidy spepert wc and bathroom Staff was helpfully when asked any questions they tried to help there car park around the back did not use 2 euro per hour not. sure if you got discount for using hotel park by church first too hour free thr 50 cent per hour with in walking distance to museum

Location excellent.

An excellent stop over with nice rooms and wife said it was the best mattress of our Europe tour. Breakfast was excellent however check with reception on busy times. Parking is expensive however the friendly reception team explained that street parking was cheaper for our short stay. Ideal location for the famous last post every night at 20.00

By 9.30 the breakfast choice was sparse

Room was cleaned every day and the rest of the hotel was clean. Breakfast was available but we did not take it because it was rather pricey. Bar was good. Didn't take a car so can't say about the parking. Close to local attractions and a shoet walk to the railway station. Overall a pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed the stay here. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Location is great for exploring Ypres. It’s a few mins from the Menin Gate and Flanders Fields museum.

The hotel was clean and easy to find as there are signposts for all the hotels. It is very close to all the tourist attractions too. The breakfast is very expensive for what it is and we would not normally of had it , but there was not much open for that sort of thing in the square. The receptionist was not over friendly and it seemed like it was a chore for her to help us , especially when I asked her to order us a taxi on one of the days.

I spent two nights in Ypres. The hotel was very centrally located yet quiet. The staff were friendly and very accomdating. The room was large, clean and well presented. The breakfast area was spacious and the breakfast itself was varied and delicious. I will definetly stay here again when cycling and/or visiting flander fields
