他のノボテル同様　快適。でもチェックイン時の対応がいまいち宿泊費を ダブルで徴収され　後に交渉の末やっと返金された。間違った本人から謝罪なし。他のフロントデスクの対応は良かった。

駅から徒歩20分ぐらい機内持ち込みサイズのケースでしたら徒歩で大丈夫です。 猫まつりで利用。 メインの会場から近くスーパーもあり便利

Clean, friendly, very convenient

Nice clean hotel in the centre of the fantastic town of Ypres.

The staff were very polite and helpful. We felt welcome and comfortable during our stay. The breakfast was on the expensive side but had a huge variety of food that seemed fresh and very tasty.

We had a lovely welcome from helpful staff, a room that was perfect for us and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. Thank you!

Super séjour au Novotel Ieper Centrum. Hôtel et chambre très propre. Petit déjeuner copieux avec énormément de choix. En plein centre de Ypres, stationnement facile. Excellent !

Very comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. We found out a couple of weeks before arriving that our visit coincided with lots of young footballers staying but this proved to be no trouble at all as everything was very well managed and we appreciated the advance warning.

Every thing was good

We visited as a family of 10. Booked 2 family rooms and a double. Everything was perfect. there was even a playarea to keep the children happy. It was welcoming and inclusive. Felt very comfortable there. The hotel had no parking but there was good value parking nearby around the church.

Good breakfast. Room temperature is hard to get right.

Lovely hotel, just what was needed for a family of 4. Very close to the centre, excellent breakfast and my wife loved all the art books while eating it!

Super comfortabel bed

Great location close to the square with the Cloth Hall and Menenport. Great cafes and restaurants nearby as well. The rampart is also close by for a lovely walk..
