素晴らしい、良い、快適、近い、清潔

このホテルはトラム停留所まで徒歩8分、スーパーマーケットまで徒歩5分です。設備と清潔さは完璧です。朝食は平均的なものでした。

アムステルダム中央駅（ゴッホ美術館エリアを通過）行きのトラム2番線の近く

ホテルのスタッフは親切ですが、ドアと屋根の防音対策が不十分で、部屋の屋根から水漏れのような音が聞こえます。

チェックイン手続きが簡単で、部屋とタオルも清潔、トラム駅とバス停からも近く便利

ホテルは清潔で、スタッフも親切です。スーパーマーケットも近いので、ここに泊まって良かったです。観光スポットからは少し遠いですが、公共交通機関の駅からアクセスしやすいので問題ありません。

The hotel was located close to Tram and Train station, room was nice and clean. The supermarket near hotel is also good, there are 2 supermarket.

Hotel sangat strategis, cukup jalan 400 meter ke halte trem, sampai pusat kota dalam hitungan menit, ke airport pun dekat, pilihan yang tepat.

I booked a room with 2 twin beds and Sofa for one adult and two childern (girls, 13 and 6). As I arrived there they refused my check in with the reason that the room is only for two adults. I suggested that either they pay me back the money, or they should change me a triple room, or they offer me an extra bed. They refused all of my three suggestions! That means they did not give me the money back! And I had to drive my two children back to Germany at 20 o'clock! And my tickets for the museum go to the waste! This is the most awful hotel I have ever experienced of the whole world! The worst service and most unfriendly staff at reception! No next time booking by Best Western also in other countries!

Hotelnya bagus, namun untuk mandi sabun yang disediakan sangat kecil.

The hotel location is far from train station or airport. Closest is to tram stop but have to walk for almost 1 km. The hotel service was also bad, no kettle, no teeth brush and toothpaste, and no sandals in the room. The receptionist also talk not nice.

Hotel bagus, bersih, cocok untuk menginap keluarga.
