Great place other then the bed. Staff was friendly and efficient but the bed was like sleeping on a rock.

Nice large room, clean though room had a slight musty smell noticed when first entering. Restaurant was short staff the one morning I went there for coffee and juice. Waitress was pleasant but overwhelmed, acting as both hostess and waitress.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was a little expensive but the parking attendants were also very friendly and helpful. Also attended a conference at the hotel while there. Food was good. Technical and hospitality teams were very good too. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

Property was nice /clean. I believe only parking option is valet. It was a cute teachable moment for my son who believed i gave my keys to a stranger and we werent going to get it back. The mini fridge is very small. The shower was nice with a detachable nozzell and the water pressure was good. There is a couch side table very convenient to eat at. There is a stadium next door and they had a game so it was noisy til about 930. Staff was nice would definitely recommend.

Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived for check-in, we were told the hotel was oversold — something we were never notified about ahead of time. Instead of honoring our reservation, the staff directed us to another property about 20 minutes away. Unfortunately, when we got to the second hotel, we learned no reservation had ever been made for us. It took over an hour for the staff there to finally find a room. After a long day of travel, this was stressful, frustrating, and completely unacceptable.

Marriott Hotels have always been my first choice for travel because of their excellent service and clean rooms. However, during this stay, there were two days when workers were hanging outside my window, talking and working. On one of those days, I was woken up a little after 8:00 a.m. by the noise of power tools. I was very tired and needed rest, so I declined the front desk’s suggestion to change rooms “after 8:00 a.m.” I completely understand that hotel maintenance is necessary, but if guests could be assigned to rooms away from active construction, it would feel more considerate. This way, I wouldn’t be woken up so early and have my whole day affected by a bad mood.

Nice hotel, close to Vanderbilt Univ. and other venues. The overnight valet is $62.00. A bit overpriced.

We always come to this hotel and with our pup! Love the location - $7 uber ride to Broadway. Quiet and hotel is clean and offers great food options. Starbucks right next to hotel and PF changs.

The location is great however there was working going on right outside our room that went on till 5pm. The air conditioning woke us up all night every time it kicked on . An extremely loud noise . All Night I was charged twice for a room . After I got home and discovered, I called hotel and they did correct it. Having to pay 50.00 for mandatory Valet parking was not good! They also charged me twice for parking . It was also correct or at least I was told it would be . I’ll have to wait and see if the charges are removed from my credit card. We have used this Hotel numerous times over the years, but I will not stay here again. Very disappointing especially since it is a very good location .

It was a great stay. The hotel staff was accommodating and eased my concern with my valet issues at precious Marriott properties. The location was perfect for my visit.
