バスルームが広くて快適！ 地下のランドリーも無料(洗剤は別)だったので、助かりました。スタッフも英語のみですが、フレンドリーな方達でした。

便利な場所に有り部屋も広くてキッチンも有り快適に過ごせた。

受付は日本語を話せる方はいなかったですがPCの翻訳で対応してくれたので問題ありませんでした。ロビーには無料のポップコーンや水、レモンウォーターがあります。日替わりでドーナツやカップケーキもありました。客室は清潔でした。ホテルの通りは人通りも多く安心でした。飲食店も通りに数多くあります。バス停とトロリーの駅も近いため何処へ行くのも良かったです。ただ、クラブやバーが周辺にあるため週末は少しうるさいです。全体的には泊まって良かったと思います。

出張で5泊しました。コンベンションセンター徒歩圏内で立地はよいです。部屋も清潔で快適でした。 宿泊した部屋にはキッチンがあり自炊かのうです。 不満は部屋にゴミ箱がないのと、ベッドメイキングはしてくれません。

The room was spacious and clean, and people were kind. Except noises at night, I'm satisfied with the stay.

1キングサイズベッド＋ソファベッドの キッチンつきワンルームに、一人で滞在しました。 ホテルスタッフはいつも笑顔で対応がよく、お昼頃に着いたのですが、すぐに部屋に案内してくれました。コンシェルジュの一人は、日本女性です。 ロビーには、午前中は コーヒーとドーナツ、午後は レモネード、お水、ポップコーン、お菓子がフリーで置いてありました。 最寄りのトロリーの5th ave.で、サンタフェ駅から3つ目。トロリー駅からは1.5ブロックなので、荷物をゴロゴ転がして歩ける距離です。 動物園やラホヤに行くバスの停留所も、0,5ブロックの所にあり、とても便利です。 周辺にはレストランも多いですが、1ブロックでホートンショッピングモールがあるので、そこでテイクアウトしたり、0.5ブロック離れたセブンイレブンで買って、部屋の電子レンジやコンロで温められたので 経済的でした。 部屋は広くて清潔で、小さなダイニングテーブルもついてます。 お風呂も広く、ハンドシャワーもついているので、使いやすいです。 ファミリータイプの部屋だったので、タオルが5セットあったのも よかったです。 部屋も静かで、家にいるようにリラックスして過ごすことができました。 他の場所のウィンダムホテルにも、是非泊まってみたいと思わせる満足できるホテルでした。

Outstanding customer service, room was excellent, valet parking was outstanding. 5 stars.

Booked the stay (paid for in advance) and when my colleague arrived to check in, he was told there was no room for him. He was now on foot because Uber had dropped him off, he left trying to find another hotel and was mugged. This could have been avoided if the hotel was true to their word and provided a room that we paid for and still have not been refunded for.

Nice Hotel with big Apartment Rooms.

I did not book a room at this property and was moved there at no fault of my own. It was a half mile further away from my convention adding time to my morning commute thru an unsafe and filthy streets covered with homeless.

Great staff and service, amazing cookies when you check in and the cool gift bag with waters, really thoughtful of them for that. Great tacos a block away and lots of things to do all around.

Das Hotel hatte eine Top Lage. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Weniger schön waren die 90 USD Parkgebühr für zwei Nächte, die bei der Buchung nicht bekannt waren. Daher ein Stern Abzug.

Loved this hotel. Very funky and located in or adjacent to the Gaslamp area of San Diego. Rooms were clean and serviced every second day. Room was spacious but my only negatives were that there is no safe or mini fridge in the room. Very close to Broadway and the 5th Avenue Trolley stop. Would I stay here again… definitely
