部屋は新しく清潔で、広さも2人には十分でした。シャワーと深くて広いバスタブがあるのも疲れた体をリフレッシュするのに役立った。ベットも清潔かつ十分な広さで快適に休めた。 駅から直ぐ近く、スーツケースの移動も苦にならない。また、主要な観光施設も徒歩圏内です。疲れた時は、戻って休みました。 フロントの方は、いつも笑顔で応対してくれました。 一つだけ改善を提案するなら、朝食会場の椅子が古く、張り替えた方が良いかもです。

フィレンツェの高速鉄道が止まるサンタマリアノヴェッラ駅を出て徒歩で5分ぐらい歩くとあるホテルです。 歩道が狭いので、大きいスーツケースを持って歩くのは少し大変でしたが、観光メインであれば駅周辺の立地的に十分便利なホテルだと思います。 自分は行っていませんが、ホテルから駅へ向かう道中にスーパーがありました。 スタッフの方が笑顔で素敵な対応をしてくれました。

駅からすぐの立地で、観光名所のひとつでもある中央市場そばにあり非常に便利でした。ホテル内部もモダンな造りで清潔感があって良かったです。ホテルに一つだけあるエレベーターが少し古くて誤作動を起こすのと、従業員が掃除などで使用した場合に宿泊客が使いづらくなることがありました。

エアコンの調子が悪く、部屋が冷えないとフロントの方に言われました。ただ、代替案としてグループの別のホテルに移動も可能という提案をしてくれて、歩いて数分の非常に近いグループホテルに泊まらせていただきました。 そのホテルはエアコン問題なく、受付の対応は完璧、ミニバーは全て無料、朝食は美味しいと文句なしでした。 またフィレンツェに行ったら泊まりたいホテルです。

駅からも近くて交通の便は大変良い　室内も明るくきれいで心地の良い空間　ただ周辺は歩きにくく、シャワーブースの水漏れも気になった　そもそも宿泊料金の高い地域ではあるが、コスパはいいとは言えないと感じた

値段に対するクオリティーが素晴らしかったです。朝食も美味しくロケーションも素晴らしいです。

Nice and clean

Amazing location, superior comfort bedding, staff were great. The only 2 things I wasn’t really impressed are the intermittent temperature of hot water and acoustic (you can hear next door tv and the slamming door is extremely loud). These 2 things are essential for a good night sleep after out and about all day.

The room we stayed in was clean and had comfortable beds. The air conditioning was great, considering the scorching heat outside due to summer weather! Overall had a pleasant stay here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at over our vacation. The staff from front desk to cleaning staff were helpful, friending, snd responsive. The air conditioning was great. Electrical outlets by the bed, bedding was comfortable. The location was perfect and close to all the major sites and nice restaurants. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. Leiann and Carla were lovely breakfast service staff and made the best coffees with the friendliest smiles. We were very happy with the staff and service at this hotel!

The Hotel was Ok, the area around the hotel is a little bit inconvenient. There were several homeless people and a lot looking weird. I was just worried about my family in this neighborhood

The rooftop patio is beautiful. The breakfast is lovely and it's a nice option to be able to eat outside.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Also the room was ideal for a clean, safe and convenient experience in the city center.

Pros: Excellent location Excellent cleanliness Excellent safety. Updated rooms Cons: WiFi is Terrible. Does NOT reach the rooms despite many many calls and attempts to fix. I had to keep buying ice cube and put them in the refrigerator to keep my stuff cold.
