Hotel and service are superb. We’ll be back for sure.

Hotel bagus, ukuran kamar pas utk keluarga kecil. Pelayanan memuaskan. Transportasi sangat mudah karena ada free shuttle bus. Saya akan menginap di sini lagi kalo ke hongkong

Kamar yang bersih, sekeliling hotel banyak tempat makan lokasi lumayan jauh dari tempat shopping mal.

for 6 rooms and 4 days in row this receptionist should treat us nicely. 1. we want every rooms in the same floor ( I requested long before the journey and I even went to this hotel 4 days before check in day just to ensure we are in the same floor) 2. the day we checked in the reception service quite bad. she just said only 4 rooms ready and 2 more rooms aren't ready since we request same floor (it was 5PM) we gotta wait for 2 hours!! she said this without apologize or whatsoever. even her manager next to her just keep silent!! very disappointed 3. the concierge meanwhile very excellent for me, I won't coming back next time. for the price I am paying, I should get better hotel

the room size and cleanliness are just perfect for hongkong hotel. the downside is just the receptionist should be more friendly toward hotel guest. the fact that I have booked 6 rooms and asking for 6 rooms in the same floor should not be that bothersome but she seems very irritated about it. in fact, I got pretty ate check in due to the room is not ready. I check in at 6PM instead of 3 PM and there is no whatsoever apologize from the hotel staff. concierge meanwhile is very helpful, I believe the leader behind this department is very an awesome man

Staffs are helpful ! Room is a bit small, but you know it's quite standard in HK.

I love to stay in this hotel. Check in is quite fast, staff & house keeping are helpful. The rooms are clean. The location is good

ホテルのスタッフは親切で助かりました。ビールを楽しめるパブもあり、立地も良かったです。ホテルからの眺めも素晴らしかったです。

Convenient, strategic location, less preferable for breakfast.

部屋は清潔で広く、スタッフはフレンドリーでとても親切です。ホテルは MTR 駅のすぐ近くで、食事できる場所も多数あり、立地も良かったです。

次回香港を訪れる際にはこのホテルを予約します。
