清潔な部屋、素敵なロケーション、オーセンティックなお部屋の調度品。リラックスして過ごせました！

歴史あるホテル。

年始のクリスマスマーケットは一部終わっていましたが、ほとんどの店が１月５日も継続中でした。 ホテルの前の公園や市庁舎前で開催されており、食べ物中心の充実したマーケットでした。 ブラチスラヴァ城へも徒歩圏です。ただ、道が凍っていたので、バス通りを歩かないと危なかったです。 今回はポルトガルとミラノで泊まりましたが、ホテルの朝食で唯一シャンパンが置いていました。

フライトが遅延で、日付が変わってからの到着でした。 バス停からは近いのですが、公園を突っ切れば正面玄関のところ、凍っていたこととグーグルマップではその道ではなかったので、近いものの迷い、建物の裏側の道を歩いて行ってやっと到着できました。 朝になってみると公園はクリスマスマーケットがあったため、余計にわかりにくくしていただけで、本来迷わずに済んだと思います。 朝食は種類も多く、この旅行で泊まった４つの４つ星ホテルの中で最も充実していました。

旧市街の抜群のlocation、朝食も充実したいいHotelです。

エアコンの音がうるさかった。

駐車場が分かりづらかった

建物の雰囲気や周辺環境も大変良かったです。部屋も清潔で、快適に過ごせました。

Location is perfect. However, hotel amenity is needed improvement. The hotel skimped on towels and bathrobes, even we stayed at a suite.

なんと言っても立地の良さと外観の素晴らしさ！！フロントの対応も良かった！！ 残念なのは2人目になるとシャワーの水圧が極端に落ちる事とハウスキーパーが来るのが早い事！ 出来ればスリッパとバスローブが有れば最高！ 是非また宿泊したいと思います

Great location. I have arrived from Vienna airport by bus, and the hotel was just walking distance from the bus stop where the but arrived. Near to the tourist information, and city center, and lots of things to watch. Friendly and professional staff who are willing to help me. I can recommend this hotel to anyone including my boss!

There is no doubt that this is the best hotel in Bratislava. Best location, best staff, clean rooms. We had a great stay.... and do not hesitate when checking a hotel in town. This is the one to book!

The location only but in summer the AC not cooling I think because of the hotel rooms was in 7th floor which is the top??? So pe carful

Super fint hotel, godt beliggende i byen..

Air condition gammelt, mye støy , 4 etage , gamle rom, vet ikke hvordan de andre etager er, Treningsrom er bra, restaurant og frokost var meget bra. Resepsjonen var hyggelig og serviceinnstilt, cocktail Bar Var ikke bra.
