Good Breakfast, Freiendly staff

場所的にテレビ塔の近くにあり、トラムもホテルの真ん前を走っているので、非常に便利。 フロントの方がとても親切で、ホテルと周りの観光地など有り難く細かく説明してくれた。 設備の状態がよく、使いやすいものが用意されている。

横を走るトラムがうるさい。連泊の場合、シーツ交換や浴槽掃除がありませんでした。

Koselig hotell litt utenfor sentrum (45 min å gå til Gamlebyen) Veldig hyggelig og serviceminded resepsjon Rommene var passelig store, men litt slitt. Fant og litt lange hår her og der. God og variert frokost.

Rene forhold men lidt surt personale (manden) og usmagelig morgenmad. Kold kaffe

Excellent petit déjeuner. Hôtel bien situé pour visiter la ville. Parking pratique mais bien cher (28 €/jour). Chambre très confortable.

Breakfast was nice and clean and fresh, taste very good

We had a very nice stay in the hotel. Especially the staff at the reception was friendly and helpful, always took good care and answered to our questions promptly. As a somewhat not-so-good side was the noise of the trams that started to rattle at the crack of dawn. The first couple of nights was actually difficult to sleep properly even if I wore earplugs.

It was lovely to receive a complimentary bottle of prosecco for my birthday from the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

This was our second stay at the Carlton hotel. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and amazing. They provide a delicious breakfast, croissants, bread, cheese, meat, pickles, cakes, cereals, hot drinks and juices. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed.

Limpeza

Really nice hotel, lovely staff and a good varied breakfast. My room was more than enough for me and had all the facilities you need. I think some people would require more power plugs by the bed, it wasn't an issue for me. Bars and restaurants outside, including the old TV tower you can visit. Many trams go by the hotel meaning you can visit many things quickly. Overall I'd stay here again.
