Staff were nice and friendly. Unfortunately the room we stayed at was old and dusty. Breakfast is not bad but could be better if the Spanish omlette and quiche were warm.

受付スタッフの対応に差がありすぎる。チェックイン予定の数日前にスーツケースを預けたいと頼んだ時のこと。女性スタッフが「もちろん、チェックインの日まで預かりますよ」と丁寧な対応で安心していた。しかし実際に預けに行った時の対応がひどすぎた。背の高い男性スタッフが別の客に対応していたので待っていた。かなり待たされ、その様子を見かねた若い黒人の女性スタッフが私に声をかけようとした時。男性スタッフは彼女に向かって、「チキン！」と言った。彼女は私に対応するのをあきらめた。He said chicken！She gave up talking to me.I was kept waiting more.私はさらに待たされることになった。私の順番がきたが、彼は私と1度も目を合わせようとせず、予約はいつかと聞いた。日程をいうと、「まだ先じゃないか！今日はいつだと思ってるんだ！？」と叫んだ。私が「荷物をあずけたい」と言っているのに、聞こうとしなかった。受付の対応として信じがたい。ホテル内は美しく、朝食はおいしかったが、悲しい思い出しかない。部屋に設置されたティッシュ箱は空のままだった。

建物は、古かったが清潔で、静粛した環境であった。 場所もよく、価格とクオリティーは一致していました。

船着き場から近く、周囲も騒がしくない程に賑わっていて、立地も問題なしでした。フロントだけでなく、スタッフも明るく丁寧に対応してくれて助かりました。新しくはないですが、ロビーも室内も綺麗にされていて問題ありませんでした。お風呂の水量も全く問題なしでした。ベネチア本島に宿泊した知人とも話していましたが、リド島滞在で大変満足できました。

Central gelegen, ruhige Gegend, super Frühstück

Did not have a vehicle for parking. We did not participate in the breakfast. The room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. A coffee maker in each room would be appreciated. Our room had a bathtub without a shower curtain, which made it difficult to have a shower. A suggestion would be to install a shower curtain. The staff was friendly and check in/out was efficient. Thank you

This is a lovely lityle hotel in the Lido area. Very close to restaurants and ferry doc. Easy walking area. Hotel is pretty simple but evetything you need.

Ein schönes ruhiges Hotel im Jugendstil. Alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok. An der allgemeinen Sauberkeit sollte man jedoch arbeiten: Fussbbodenecken, Fugen etc. Frühstück große Auswahl, es gab 10 verschiedene Kuchen. Personal sehr freundlich. Nur paar Fussminuten von der Fähre, der Fussgängerzone und dem Strand entfernt.

Absolutely lovely place, a hidden gem! Stayed here with a friend for 4 days and we loved it! Its close to Lido beach, to vaparetto water taxi station, lots of shops and cafes, grocery stores and more. All personnel at the hotel were nice and helpful, our room was clean without any issues. I would come back! And yes, their breakfast was good too- variety to choose from.

Un hôtel un peu vieillot mais plein de charmes…quelques soucis avec la première chambre : chasse d’eau en panne et douche en panne… Mais reclassement dans une belle chambre au quatrième étage.

Accueil personnalisé et chaleureux. Gentillesse et disponibilité de tout le personnel. Hotel très beau. Jardin et terrasse magnifique. La suite junior est extraordinaire. Hôtel à la fois centrale et dans une rue au calme. Luxe et calme de l'hôtel Biasutti.

Perfectly located 3 minutes walk from the ferry pier and 5 minutes walk from the beach in a very quiet area just 1 minutes from good restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good outdoor space also available for breakfast was a plus. Only minus was the selfservice coffee machine for breakfast making a poor imitation of an Italian coffee. This was way under the level of the rest of the experience.

Really enjoyed staying at this property. It is older, but very clean and a balcony with a wonderful view. The location is fantastic.

Great location, a bit worn down but still very good hotel to stay at.

Sehr schönes Hotel, von dem man sehr schnell mit dem Vaporetto überall hin kommt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Sehr netter Empfang! Nur die Fahrräder könnten etwas neuer sein!
