受付の対応が素晴らしい。

便利な立地で、駅にもアリーナにも徒歩圏内 落ち着いた部屋はゆっくり過ごせました！

設備は機能的で、清潔感あふれていた。 ただ、チェックイン時、いきなりイタリア語で説明されて、困った。

ローマ、フィレンツェと５月後半で人も多く 暑かったのでヴェローナについてホテルの 部屋はきれいだしバスルームは広くて使いやすく町は静かでとても良い印象を受けほっと しました。 ホテルは駅まで歩いて行ける距離にありとても良かったです。

ベローナ空港からタクシーで、約20分 (30EUR)、 アリーナまで、徒歩で約10分の非常に良いロケーション。 朝食も美味しかったです。 無線LAN:あり(無料) 歯ブラシ:なし シャンプー:あり バスタブ:あり スリッパ:なし ポット:あり その他:ミネラルウォーターなし

中央駅が改装中で少し遠回りしましたが、駅からも徒歩10分程度で、部屋のインテリアもイタリアらしく、フロントクラークも大変親切で満足しました。特に鉄道を利用していましたので大変便利でした。

ホテル地下の駐車場は、イタリアらしく柱が多く停めにくい。大きな車は要注意

母親の誕生日リクエストにもきちんと答えてくれ、フレンドリーですばらしいホテルです。

道路と反対側の部屋でとても静かでした。トイレを流すプッシュ式レバーの動きが悪く流れるまでに時間がかかったのは難点でした。 駅と旧市街の中間にあり、どちらに行くにも徒歩圏だけど、疲れているときには遠く感じるかもしれません。

Lovely hotel. Nice clean rooms, good breakfast and well positioned for the centre of town and train station.

Gym is usable but very small.

Very convenient location of the hotel, close to the center and dinning only 10-12 min walk. Spa access is not included into the reservation of the room. Very close to train station. Love experience of exploring beautiful Verona!

Lovely clean room. Beds comfy great aircon Cleaned daily. reception staff very helpful pleasant and gave good info for sightseeing. Would definately rate this hotel, good breakfast choice aswell, also close to main train station
