宿泊料金に見合った朝食の種類や品質が見合っていたとは感じなかった。

設備は機能的で、清潔感あふれていた。 ただ、チェックイン時、いきなりイタリア語で説明されて、困った。

ローマ、フィレンツェと５月後半で人も多く 暑かったのでヴェローナについてホテルの 部屋はきれいだしバスルームは広くて使いやすく町は静かでとても良い印象を受けほっと しました。 ホテルは駅まで歩いて行ける距離にありとても良かったです。

中央駅が改装中で少し遠回りしましたが、駅からも徒歩10分程度で、部屋のインテリアもイタリアらしく、フロントクラークも大変親切で満足しました。特に鉄道を利用していましたので大変便利でした。

ホテル地下の駐車場は、イタリアらしく柱が多く停めにくい。大きな車は要注意

母親の誕生日リクエストにもきちんと答えてくれ、フレンドリーですばらしいホテルです。

道路と反対側の部屋でとても静かでした。トイレを流すプッシュ式レバーの動きが悪く流れるまでに時間がかかったのは難点でした。 駅と旧市街の中間にあり、どちらに行くにも徒歩圏だけど、疲れているときには遠く感じるかもしれません。

I was met at the desk by Serena who had already returned my email about a possible early ck in - which happened for us. They were so friendly and helped us with all our needs- car rental down the street - amazing pizza to take away across the street and the cab to the airport at 4am was a breeze !

Excellent hotel. Staff very friendly and nothing was a problem. The location is wonderful - right between the centre and Verona station for access to trains. Have already recommended this hotel to three people going soon.

Hotel Giberti & Spa is in a great location, around a 10-minute walk from both Verona station and the city centre, making it ideal for exploring Verona and taking day trips. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable with excellent air conditioning and a good shower. We also found the laundry service efficient and reasonably priced. However, it didn’t quite feel like a four-star hotel. Amenities were fairly basic, with no slippers, robes or iron provided, and the breakfast was average. Noise was also an issue, as we could hear other guests and doors slamming throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a solid hotel in a convenient location, but closer to a good three-star experience than a four-star one.

Hotel muito bom. Quarto amplo e bem decorado. Banheiro e chuveiro ótimos. Localização muito boa, a poucos minutos da estação e de toda a área histórica da cidade. Valeu cada centavo.

Muito bom! O quarto é espaçoso e o chuveiro é ótimo, além disso estava sempre bem limpo e cheiroso. A estadia foi muito agradável. O café da manhã é muito bom e a equipe é prestativa. A localização é muito boa, perto da estação de trem e a uma distância bem conveniente do centro histórico. Com certeza voltaria!

Frühstück könnte besser sein. Es gibt nur Fruchtsäfte aus dem Automaten, frische Säfte fehlen. Junior Suite nur mit Duschwanne, keine Duschkabinen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden jedoch sollten große PKW‘s nicht die Tiefgarage in Anspruch nehmen, besser auf den ebenerdigen Plätzen benutzen.

Great location

Good modern hotel within easy walking distance of the historic centre, many good restaurants and the main railway station. It also has the rare benefit of its own secure car park.
