室内は清潔です。となりにデニーズとセブンイレブンがあるので助かります。ただし、他はない。朝食はもうちっと充実してもらった方が嬉しいですね。

Excellent stay.

Property was nice and rooms were too. Staff at front desk were not very friendly and not very helpful. Hotel was not full but when we called to get a late check out the front desk said they couldn’t accommodate a late check out.

The hotel was nice, except the toilet never flushed right so that made it a hassle. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was decent. Lots of places nearby to get food, but there’s a homeless encampment close by. However I was assured the hotel had security and the parking lot was very lit at night, we didn’t have any issues during our stay.

I stayed for a single night. Check in was great, quick, and the staff was attentive, friendly and professional. As a whole, my room was very clean and comfortable. I did have a couple of issues tho; one that the mini fridge in my room seemed to have failed that evening. I noticed a wet spot on the floor and realized the freezer was thawing out and leaking out the fridge door. I notified the front desk and slipped a towel under it to minimize any damage. My second issue was a VERY noisy neighbor but that was is something I don’t blame the hotel for. The exterior was sketchy in regards to how the neighborhood is being maintained by the City of Stockton, but the actual hotel grounds are very well kept up and secure. I would stay here again if I needed to.

To have an employee.Try to steal treats you like.You're nothing while you're in town for very important family matters and then to be disregarded and denied a refund.Horrible , stay unless you like being treated like garbage

When to use the ironing board and iron. The prongs were bent inward so they would not fit in the outlet. The blue ironing board cover was dirty, big black mark were you would put your item. Other than that it was a very nice stay.
