It is beautiful, the ocean, the trees the pool and the room we stayed in.

If you coming for a beach experience - don’t, this hotel has no beach. Just waterfront. Pool area is hectic and very crowded. A/c in the room (332b) is crazy and makes very loud noises - we didn’t sleep at all during the night. And early in the morning nose from lawn mover and similar equipment. I really wanted to love the place as it was so nice looking on the pictures…

Fantastic experience from check in-out. Lovely property and staff were polite and helpful. The hotels concierge, Susan-AMAZING. She made us feel at home. From the welcoming champagne toast to her knowledge of the island, its treasures and hotspots, she is a GEM! We will be back.

Great property. Clean. Great pool.

Elevators didn’t work, the layout was confusing finding the room, Room was never cleaned, never was brought clean towels.

Overall, great place. “Beach” was underwhelming. Definitely more of a fishing or water access facility. Pool was small for the size of the property. Food/drinks at the pool were good but overpriced. Restaurant on the property was delicious. Room had everything we needed but floors weren’t clean upon arrival. People were friendly and helpful when needed.

Was a wonderful place to stay

This was a great stay for a solo birthday trip. I would rate my overall stay 8/10. I absolutely love the architecture design of the resort. The pool is amazing and the beach is everything! Unfortunately, my room needed more cleaning. The floors and shower curtain were dirty. Otherwise, I enjoyed myself. The customer service was top tier. I highly recommend doing one of the excursions, specifically the Sandbar Cruise. It is worth every penny!

The unit was very spacious which was perfect for a family. The view from our unit was spectacular.

Wonderful suite to enjoy our vacation! Ocean view was terrific. Only downside was the sofa bed was not livable. We ended up having to use the two sofa cushions instead. Otherwise, the suite was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed staying there, and I appreciate the very quick response the couple of times that we needed anything. Thank you so very much for everything!

Well maintained, spacious, clean, ample parking

I was very disappointed that I had to pay for breakfast…even coffee. I didn’t have housekeeping the entire stay. I didn’t put my DND on the door for a reason. I told the lobby staff, no one came. Trash overflowing. Then, there was a deceased person in the hot tub! We purposefully watched the entire time. The hot tub wasn’t drained and cleaned!! We had a golf cart but the plugs on the garage wouldn’t charge it.

Staff was very helpful, room was clean, shuttle to downtown was awesome. We loved the Tavern and Town restaurant on site. Great food and priced right at happy hour!

The rooms are large and spacious. Parking was easy and the pool area is nice. We had to switch rooms due to a “unplanned” flooring job which was one floor down and one unit over. The tools used vibrated the walls and sounded like they were right above us. This made it hard to relax both inside and outside the room at the pool. The loud obnoxious noise went on for hours. It only took several complaints to the front desk for someone to finally go investigate. We ended up having to move to a completely different building. Still don’t understand how no one at the resort did not know that room renovations were happening at their resort for the week. Hopefully they will post these things on their site in the future so customers aren’t surprised and have the option to decide if they still wanna book.

Loved the room! So big and spacious. The room we had 123 had stainless steel pans and not many, basically impossible to cook with and not burn. Everything else was awesome. Call in plenty of time if you need ice. Pool was awesome and opened 24/7.
