Clean room with a bathtub. A shopping mall will help you find what you need during stay. Little far from the city center of Madrid so be careful that you have to walk 15mins from Zarzaquemada (if you take a taxi it will take 15mins to Atocha though)

El personal muy amable, las instalaciones empiezan a necesitar arreglos, humedades.

Sólo hay cafetería fuera del horario de desayuno y comida, pero nunca lo he visto. Por lo demás todo muy bien

Excelente ubicación y habitaciones limpias

Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach und abgenutzt auf dem Balkon fehlen Stühle und Tische sowie Aschenbecher. Das Frühstück ist eher spartanisch, Saft nur aus dem Automaten mit Chemiepulver, Kaffee ebenfalls nur künstlich nicht natürlich gemahlen. Buffet für spanische Verhältnisse sehr einfach gehalten. auf der Balkonseite fanden täglich Bauarbeiten statt, die Arbeiter gingen direkt an den Zimmern vorbei.

출장으로 두번째 방문입니다. 대형쇼핑몰이 함께 있어 여러모로 편했습니다. 조식 또한 좋았어요.

Hotel demasiado viejo. No da para cuatro estrellas. Sin restaurante.

Bien ubicado y bien comunicado. Personal amable y todo muy limpio.

El hotel no está mal pero nos dieron una habitación interior sin claridad ninguna y olía mucho a tabaco.

The property was marketed as 4 stars. It is wall to wall to a mall. It is clean, quiet and basic but not luxurious in any way.

El hotel en si està muy bien, però si tu intencion es ir a visitar Madrid o de negocios al centro no es buena opcion

Hotel was chosen due to its good location with respect on MadCool Festival. Clerk at counter recognized this at the check-in and offered us an inside room which has no window to the exterior but it was super super calm which helped us to recover during the day and allowed a sufficient sleeping experience. Bedroom and bathroom were comfortably big. Interior style old-fashioned but at least focus was laid on the festival and not on hotel comfort. Once we decide to attend MadCool again we will chose this spot for sure.
