Due to the hotel's circumstances, the accommodation place was changed the day before to the neighbouring SAVOIA Hotel. The changed hotel was next door and comfortable. ホテルコンチネンタルのエグゼクティブルームを予約しましたが、サヴォイアの3階の暗い部屋で残念でした。

設備は年代を感じさせるが、居心地はとても良い。駅に近い割には静か。スタッフも英語が上手なので話しやすい。また利用したい。

まずホテルがとてもゴージャス。 車は係の方が運転して保管してくれます。 食事会場も素晴らしかったです。 旧市街地へも徒歩で行けるので観光もできました。 レストラン、カフェもすぐ近くにあります。 イタリア語の話せない私たちにでもとても親切でした。 とてもお勧めしたいです。

流石四つ星ホテル。清潔感、駅からのアクセスは抜群です。バスタブがしっかり付いているのが嬉しい。 坂の多い港街なので大きな荷物を持って移動するのは厳しいかも。

朝食が最高です‼︎ 閑散期だからか無料でアップグレードしてくれました。

立地も良く、明るくて綺麗なホテル。 景色が見えない部屋だったのが残念。

superb séjour

Ottima posizione di fronte alla Stazione Principe e a pochi passi dal Porto Antico e dal Centro Storico. Ottima accoglienza, check-in veloce, auto in parcheggio a pagamento (vivamente consigliato, considerando i problemi di sosta a Genova). Camere splendide, pulite, bagno piccolo ma in ordine. Spa a disposizione anch'essa a pagamento nell'Hotel Savoia della stessa proprietà. Unico appunto, il profumo decisamente "carico" nelle stanze. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

La chambre était très propre, confortable, accueillant. Jolie décoration. Un magnifique ancien ascenseur!

Best breakfast buffet we've had in Europe. The whole facility was extremely clean and the spa was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our requests, such as a late check out. It was a wonderful stay.
