客室は落ち着いた雰囲気です 少し調度品は古いですが十分に手入れされていました スタッフは皆さん普通に対応してくれています

朝食メニューは豊富で野菜料理も多い。魚料理もあって日本とは違う調理法と味付けだけどとても美味しかった。パテとテリーヌも美味しく、チーズの種類も多い。ホテルの屋上で養蜂されてるリージェントハニーもこっそり置かれてて皆気がついたかなぁ？ 失敗したのは朝食付きのプランではなくて、その都度支払いが必要だったのに日本のように部屋付けができると思ってた事💦3日目にたまたまスタッフから声をかけられ発覚し3日分まとめて支払いました。でもスタッフの方は嫌な顔1つせず、こちらこそ気が付かずすみませんとまで言ってくれました。 部屋は清潔感も広さも充分でした。ただ部屋の設備の利用の仕方の説明書みたいなものが欲しかったです。エアコンも適当に使ってて使い方があってたのかどうか（笑）

空港を利用する予定だったので、街から少し離れたホテルに泊まりましたが、非常にホスピタリティが高く、また使いたいと思いました。

ｼｮﾊﾟﾝｺﾝｻｰﾄを聴く為にﾜｼﾞｪﾝｷ公園に近いこのﾎﾃﾙに泊まった。 近くに充実したｼｮｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞｾﾝﾀｰもあり、ﾛｹｰｼｮﾝは素晴らしかった。 ﾎﾃﾙ内の売店が小さかった事、ｺﾝｼｪﾙｼﾞｭの英語が下手で会話が 充分でなかった事、ｺﾈｸﾃｨﾝｸﾞﾙｰﾑだったので、ｸﾛｰｾﾞｯﾄが ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ近くにあり不自然な配置だった事が、やや不満。

バス停がホテルのすぐ前にあり、中央駅への移動は容易です。公園を横切って10分歩けばトラムの電停があって、そこからでも中心街に簡単に出ることができます。

Clean rooms. Kind staff. Very poor sound insulation though. Could heard the conversations in both adjacent rooms - especially tiresome at night…

The rooms need to be updated. No safe, carpet was badly fitted and the water from the shower leaks everywhere in the bathroom. And whoever chose the tiling, should be fired. We have stayed at this hotel once before and have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The gym and swimming pool are very good for a hotel and the spa is also good although the sauna this time was out of action. The breakfast is pretty good. Not many restaurants in the area close by.

Incredible value for money

Fint stort rum, lyxigt badrum med både dusch och badkar. Snabb och fin service i receptionen. Jättefint gym (med klasser som ingick, yoga, vattengympa bl a) och fin pool med olika bastu. Mycket god frukost.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut organisiert und lecker und das Fitnessstudio sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten bereits in den vorherigen Kommentaren gelesen, dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dem kann ich nur zustimmen. 5-Sterne Niveau hat das Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht (mehr). Auch stimmen die Kommentare hinsichtlich des muffigen Geruchs in den Zimmern. Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir im Großen und Ganzen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Store værelser som er Virklig gode. Det er et ældre hotel så man nøden længe bør restaurering af nogle værelser men ellers super godt hotel.

Very good value for a really spacious junior suite - the bathroom was huge! Opposite (going one way) was a convenient bus to Old Town and a tram to Central going the other way. 15 mins to either. Get the Jakdojade app for day passes as they are not sold on the bus ticket machine onboard. We had executive suite lounge access and the evening hot food was very nice, alongside the free alcoholic drinks. Daytime snacks, on the other hand, were limited to some cookies. The pool / steam / sauna was a welcome end to our day (December) - very clean and spacious. Being a 5 star hotel, some interactions with junior staff were varied in them responding to our requests. Sometimes more experienced staff would step in to rectify and provide the service befitting their star rating. Nothing overly taxing but we would have preferred to hear ‘yes, I can take care of that for you’ than put the onus back on us (considering there were 3 staff gathered around the concierge not really doing anything). The wifi can be a bit hit and miss. Overall, we recommend this hotel for the price for its spacious room, executive lounge access and the pool / spa. Paying a little more for the room meant all of these things were included. While a little further out from the main areas, the transport was incredibly easy to use and allowed us to see more than just the tourist spots.

Bra frukost men inte 5-stjärnig standard. Frukosten kostade extra utöver rummet och var väldigt dyrt. Trevlig personal. Rena och stora rum. Mycket bra Spa avdelning
