ふつうのホテルでした

客室は落ち着いた雰囲気です 少し調度品は古いですが十分に手入れされていました スタッフは皆さん普通に対応してくれています

朝食メニューは豊富で野菜料理も多い。魚料理もあって日本とは違う調理法と味付けだけどとても美味しかった。パテとテリーヌも美味しく、チーズの種類も多い。ホテルの屋上で養蜂されてるリージェントハニーもこっそり置かれてて皆気がついたかなぁ？ 失敗したのは朝食付きのプランではなくて、その都度支払いが必要だったのに日本のように部屋付けができると思ってた事💦3日目にたまたまスタッフから声をかけられ発覚し3日分まとめて支払いました。でもスタッフの方は嫌な顔1つせず、こちらこそ気が付かずすみませんとまで言ってくれました。 部屋は清潔感も広さも充分でした。ただ部屋の設備の利用の仕方の説明書みたいなものが欲しかったです。エアコンも適当に使ってて使い方があってたのかどうか（笑）

空港を利用する予定だったので、街から少し離れたホテルに泊まりましたが、非常にホスピタリティが高く、また使いたいと思いました。

I enjoyed my stay at the Regent Warsaw very much. The staff was excellent; they were helpful, professional, and friendly. It was convenient with public transportation stops for the bus and tram nearby.

Very bad smell all over the hotel, like there was a sewer problem on all the floors. Carpets word out and spa not Well maintained. Staff very friendly and professionel, but the building itself, is not worth 5 stars at all.

Tilava huone, erityisesti kylpyhuone. Aamiainen hyvä

Ótimo hotel, seria útil uma cafeteira no quarto.

Better pillows would have made my room a perfect room. They look fluffy at first glance then they flatten out, 4 pillows stacked up fatten to one. Otherwise great places quiet, 12 mins from downtown, staff was great.

De kamer was groot en schoon, het personeel vriendelijk en er zijn veel faciliteiten. Het hotel is echter wel een beetje gedateerd en wij vonden de kwaliteit van het ontbijt buffet tegenvallen. De roomservice voor ontbijt daarintegen was goedkoper én beter dan het ontbijtbuffet. Al met al een goede ervaring maar het hotel heeft wel wat liefde nodig om een boost te krijgen.

Personal war sehr freundlich! Frühstück konnte man im Gastgarten genießen! Ich würde es weiterempfehlen!

It's a great spot IF you're there for a business trip for a conference at the hotel. It's not within walking distance of the central district and most tourist attractions. It's right next to the Russian Embassy so if you're okay with having armed guards next to you then that's up to you. There's not a lot of options for shops or restaurants within walking distance (ended up getting a room service for a "margherita pizza" but it was just a simple cheese pizza for $30) and, as a single woman traveler, I definitely didn't feel comfortable being out after dark. There was graffiti on local buildings as well as bars over windows on the first floor. The room was odd. Apparently you have to use your key card in a slot in the room to get power to the outlets (only found this out after calling down to the front desk and they sent maintenance up) but then what do you do when you want to charge your phone over night? I ended up unplugging some of the lamps so I didn't have to sleep with the lights on. The TV speakers in the bathroom were blaring (louder than standing in front of the TV) and I couldn't figure out turn it down so I just turned the TV off. Couldn't turn down the temperature in the room so I opened the window and ended up with a wasp in the room (I'm allergic!). The carpets were dirty and stained and the bed was uncomfortable. I had booked for 3 nights and stayed for only 1 with no refund. I could have kept calling front desk for help but it wouldn't have helped me feel safe

Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber das Mobila in die Jahre gekommen. Das betrifft auch Pool und Sauna. Es gab keine Bademäntel, auch nicht zum Ausleihen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, es war sehr hellhörig. Die Rezeption spricht politisch und englisch. Hervorragend war das Frühstück und die Anbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Overall this is a good place to stay. WiFi is an issue was disconnecting more often and no internet available.

The hotel was good overall, the staff was good they all speak English and took care of your needs!

Its a 90's style hotel. Its nice, elegant but bit dated. Their bathrooms have marble floors and they are very slippery and unfortunetly I had experianced that and slept on their floors and fell hard and bruised my elbow and lower back. So be carefull as there is no warning sign that their type of floors are slippery which I think they should put for health and safety resons.

Fin beliggende - lige ved meget smuk park, meget meget nem offentlig transport. Dejlig varm pool. Ok morgenmad.

Nice, I really like the decor, but also could be refreshed for a more contemporary feel
