駅の前でとても便利。スタッフも親切だった。 朝食付きで予約していたが、朝食のシステムがわかりにくかった。

駅から近く、グランビルアイランドも船で行きやすく、おしゃれな内装で、スタッフの方も親切でとても満喫できました！ ただ1点残念だったのは、バストイレのスライドドアを閉める時、ズレているのかギリギリと音が出てしまってました。 でもまた機会あれば泊まりたいです。

Right next to the Skytrain Canada Line, there is no need to walk from the airport to the hotel to find it. Enjoy a delicious Nespresso every day, I really recommend this hotel.

カナダラインの駅の目の前にあり、バンクーバー国際空港からのアクセスは非常に良好。スタッフの対応、設備も良く、掃除も行き届いていました。宿泊した部屋のシャワーはオーバーヘッドのみでしたが、湯量も十分で問題ありませんでした。次回バンクーバーを訪れた時は、また利用したいと思いました。

出張で利用しました。 訪問先にも近く、設備も綺麗でした。 光の関係でカードキーの差し込む方向が少しわかりづらいなと、私の扱いが悪いのかよく入れなくなりましたが、対応など素晴らしかったです

Incredible location in the heart of Yaletown, a minutes walk from the Yaletown Docks and surrounded by shopping and great restaurants. Across the street from the Canada Line. The facility is dated, and our room was just okay. The hotel felt clean, but paper menus and other stationery in the room were stained from previous guests, and there was a distinct smell. The restaurant on-site was great, with delicious cocktails and breakfast.

Very accommodating staff. We left our luggages in the hotel since we arrived very early and did our hop on hop off tour and came back to the hotel just to get our key and find our luggages safely in our room already. Breakfast was great! It was ala Carte from the restaurant menu. Great choices!

Great location, loved the valet parking and yummy breakfast. Beds were comfortable but the accommodation needed an update.
