コンパクトなつくりだが、屋上プール＆バーやレストランなどがあり、ビジネスのみならずカップルやファミリーでの利用も可能。コンセントや水回りなどの設備がやや古くなっており、リノベーションが期待される。

ホテル前のタクシーが白タクだった。

部屋の照明が暗い 日本人以外はその様な不満が出ないと思いますが 歳のせいか暗いと室内で行動がし難い。 ホテルの前に停まっているタクシンに白タクが居る。

good location hotel with nice rooftop pool. you can enjoy a wide view of dubai. breakfast at the hotel is also good.

アブラ乗り場まで徒歩圏内で旧市街へのアクセス良好。無料のミネラルウォーター提供有り。朝食は7:00～11:00。シャワーヘッドは壁に固定。

部屋は綺麗だが、ロケーションが悪く、設備も少ない。豪華なビジネスホテルという感じ。できればスパやレストラン等を増やしてほしい。ホテルタクシー以外は止まっていないので、わざわざタクシーを拾いにいくことが多かった。

観光地のホテルと違いスタイリッシュな内装。 掃除も行き届いており過ごしやすいです。 ホテル内にプールもあり。 インターネットは有料でした。

ロビーでツアーの迎えが来なくて困っている時に、スタッフの皆さんが本当に親身になって助けてくださいました。

フロントスタッフはとってもいい感じの人と、感じ悪い人と二分してた感じ。部屋はいつもきれいに掃除されていました。水周りもよくベットも寝心地がよく、シーズンオフは安いと思いました。

乗継で利用しました。ホテルからタクシー１０分で便利です。ビーチ沿いではないもののクリークの夜景はキレイ。ツインのベッドはシングルです。シャワールームとバスタブは別です。清潔でスタイリッシュナホテルですが、ビジネス向きかと思います。すぐ近くにコンビニがあり、飲み物やパンは調達できます。

ホテルのスタッフの教育が行き届いているのを強く感じました。 レストランを含め、みんな本当に親切です。 次も泊まるならここを選びたいと思います。 唯一、洗面所の水の流れが少し悪かったぐらいがマイナスポイントです。 それを無視できるぐらい他がよかったです。

The Best Hotel Experience in Dubai Golden Sands Creek Hotel is truly the best hotel I have stayed in while visiting Dubai. The customer service is excellent — genuinely excellent. Every staff member speaks to you with kindness, treats you with respect, smiles, and makes sure you are taken care of from the moment you arrive. The hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable. The rooms are clean, the bed is big and cozy, and the breakfast is fantastic with great variety. A special mention to Bety — she is incredibly nice and helpful, and made my stay even better. The manager is also very nice and takes the time to talk to you, which shows how much they value their guests and pay attention to every detail. What really stands out is the warm welcome you receive from the front desk. You feel at home immediately because they truly value every guest. It’s refreshing to experience a hotel where hospitality feels sincere and consistent. I highly recommend Golden Sands Creek Hotel. This is the type of service every hotel should aim for.

Great services costumer the best

We stayed here for 1 night between flights. Room was large and comfortable. The bathroom could do with a refresh and the bedlinen and towels were feeling worn. Breakfast was outstanding!

Great hotel allover

It's a good location near Metro also the lobby call for taxi. Close enough to downtown and all the activities.It was a vacation for me. When I checked out at 12:30 my flight was at 1 am when I went back to the hotel to pick up my luggage they let me take a shower in the gym which was very nice. And I'm very pleased to stay in this hotel and I'll go back afain

I went to Dubai due to business and needed to stay in Deira. The hotel has very nice, clean rooms. Though Banyas road is close, there was no sound inside. Great view towards Dubai creek and further towards Burj Khalifa. I was checked in by Kristina. Very different from all other hotels I have checked in on. She took time to go through amenities, what the hotel could offer - VERY THOROUGHLY. This is HIGHLY appreciated. The rooms are very big and spacious. hotel is close to Al Rigga road also. I will be back.
