The system and facilities were beyond my expectation.

狭いのは駅近くだからしょうがないですが、アメニティも充実し、清潔でハイテクな部屋でした。 受付の方も優しくてフレンドリーでした。

ヴィクトリア駅、ヴィクトリアコーチステーションから近い。 部屋は、清潔感ありアメニティがロクシタンだった。 iPadと国内で使える携帯があって便利だった。 ホテルの人も対応が良かった。 チェックイン前、チェックアウト後でも荷物が預けられて助かった。

地の利よし、部屋はとてもきれいだか、、大変狭い。部屋中ベットという感じ。 コストパフォーマンスを考えると仕方ないかも。、 洗面台、小さい上に蛇口が真ん中まで張り出しているため、洗顔が大変やりにくく、周りに水が散乱してしまう。ここが治らないならもう宿泊はしない。

2016/7/1から1泊しました。 Victoria st.に近いです。 フロントも部屋も現代風でちょっとシックです。 スイッチひとつでシャワーブースの曇りガラスが透明になります。 ひょっとするとラブホ感覚のホテルなのかも知れません。 部屋は狭く旅行者ですと荷物の置き場に困ります。

町中にあるので、部屋が狭いのは仕方ないと思いますが、きれいに整えられ、設備は欧州の中では珍しく、かなり電化されています。特にベッドは頭側と足側の角度が可変でき、バイブレーション機能も付いています。但し、電化が進み過ぎているため、我々は良いとしても、お年寄りには操作が複雑で、快適ではないかもしれません。一方、スタッフは日本のホテル並みに教育されており、客対応がすばらしいです。難を言えば、洗面化粧台の洗面ボールが小さい上に、そのボール中央に蛇口が伸びているため、それが邪魔となって顔を洗うことが困難です。

Lovely clean room. Fantastic location - quiet area to retreat after days in queues and crowds. Shower was amazing. Little patio was nice addition. AC welcomed after a week of heat! Would highly recommend!

Bathroom a bit small … overall a very pleasant stay

This property is small and quaint. It is modern and tucket into row townhouse mansions of the early 1900's. It is off the busy path of the city but right there in the heart of it as well. We really enjoyed our stay here and look at it as a hotel with a bed and breakfast vibe. You don't have all the amenity's of a large hotel but is was a very nice stay for 4 night. Safe travels, A. London was very hot, so we were grateful for the very efficient air conditioning. The room was small, more suited to one person than two. The bathroom was well fitted out, but again tiny with no place to hang towels. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpfull, always with a bright smile. We will definitely stay here again, so close to Victoria station. Next time, hopefully, I will select a larger room.

The room was clean and modern, took us a while to work out all the gadgets. Staff were really helpful throughout our stay. Excellent!

Bathroom and bedroom are exceptionally tight.
