The location is good, the restaurant food was basic. The personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is very well located. Parking in the property is safe and convenient. The staff was grat. Specially the front desk lady who received us was exeptional. Spacius rooms and very quiet propoerty. Breakfast buffet avilable and fully recomended.

Excellent hotel facilities, staff and restaurant

Desde la chica que nos recibió la llegar, la más que acogedora habitación, hasta las instalaciones de spa, cafetería... Una gozada para un descanso en un pueblo precioso que se disfruta de principio a fin.

Estadia foi ótima, porém comi algo no café até não me fez bem. Pedi para ficar mais uma hora e me cobraram por isso. Mesmo o hotel estando em baixa lotação. Acho que deveriam ser mais flexível quando se trata de doença.

El hotel es excelente para descansar y el spa es pequeño pero bueno. No obstante, nos parecio un poco feo que nos cobraran por la cama de matrimonio y más siendo gold en expedia y teniendo derecho en teoria a un ascenso de categoría gratuito.

A academia de ginástica não deveria acompanhar o horário do spa. Sugiro manter horário livre.

Bien en general, aunque la ubicación con respecto al centro no era ten buena al estar fuera de las murallas de Laguardia. No obstante mejoraba el tema con el ascensor panorámico que han puesto para facilitar la subida al pueblo.

La limpieza exquisita; rara vez ando descalza por una habitación… El personal muy amable y servicial. Una estancia muy agradable.

Loveed the area

El hotel está muy bien y todo el mundo es muy amable. Lo nalo es que, si no funciona el ascensor para llegar al pueblo, hay una buena cuesta para llegar.

Lovely hotel! Great and spacious rooms. Cosy but not claustrophobic. Very short walk to the local town of Laguardia which has very cute restaurants. A bit out of the way to get to but very worth it!
