Parking a bit tight due to another patron not utilizing space properly. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Great location.

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel. On regrette juste qu’il n’y ai pas de Clim ni de frigo dans les chambres.

Beau batiment, cette abbaye reconvertie est très bien placée dans l'hyper centre d'Arras. La cour permet le stationnement d'une quinzaine de voitures pour le (petit) prix de 10€ par nuit. L'hotel aura bientot besoin d'une rénovation, mais la literie est excellente et on y passe de bonnes nuits.

The hotel is old and due for a renovation. The carpets are dirty/worn out. A/C units in the bedrooms would be welcome in the hot summer months. Only one product (shampoo/body wash combo) was offered in the bathroom. Conditioner & body lotion is always appreciated. Breakfast was a good buffet. The onsite restaurant was closed but there are plenty of good choices a short walk away on the Place Des Heroes.

Great location in central Arras. Our room was on the 2nd floor but we could only take the lift to the first floor and then had to walk up a flight of stairs. The room was very comfortable however we were surprised that we had to request for the room to be cleaned on a day to day basis, so if we didn’t ask the bin was not emptied and coffee and tea were not replenished. This is not the level of service that we would expect from a hotel claiming to be 4star. We had pre booked parking which was fine for the first 3 nights but on the fourth night all spaces were filled. Luckily they were able to squeeze us on to a paved area. Breakfast was adequate but a limited choice.

We had a great stay! The hotel staff were helpful and very accomodating. Our room was lovely and very clean. We had breakfast there 3 mornings and it was very good. We travelled by train and it was an easy walk from the train station. We would certainly stay here again.

Notre séjour s'est bien passé. Le personnel était très accueillant. La chambre était correcte. seule la salle de bain mériterait d'être refaite.

A truly lovely hotel although looking a little worn. The staff are fantastic and very helpful.

In the old city section of Arras. A short walk from Place des Heros town square. Private parking area is tight but workable. You will be directed to your specific parking place by the front desk staff. You might need another set of eyes to help you get out of your spot, but it works. We ate at restaurants on the town square. The spring weather was warm and sunny, and the square was packed and buzzing with happy voices. Very cool spot to have visited. Extensively restored following WW1.

Arrived down a side street to the hotel and welcomed. The room was nice, but stained carpet in the room and down the stairs to the main door. Good morning 6.55am wake up call by a dump truck & excavator directly outside our window. This is obviously major renovations by the hotel right next door and should have been mentioned when booking. Not a good start to our day. Breakfast was included so cant complain too much, but scrambled eggs tasted like they were mixed with potato, the pan for boiling your own eggs was half way, so could not cook properly, the bacon was majority fat. sausages passable, But the rest ham, cheese, ect was good. I mentioned the early building works, as they could have mentioned it and offered another room away from the building works as not busy. But just said its not their faul, but said they would not charge the €10 parking fee which was nice but did not cover the early disturbance making us get up and leave early. Plus did not appreiciate the Not our fault ( explain before when you know they are ongoing works ). Sorry wont be back

Hotelkamer charme is deels gerenoveerd. Hopelijk volgt een volledige renovatie in de toekomst waaronder de ramen, een airco. Een haardroger ontbrak, een kluis en stoomstrijkmachientje waren dan wél aanwezig. Personeel vriendelijk.

Quaint and terrific property

The staff was excellent as well as a great location. The building itself is tired but that’s okay.
