ホテルの女性スタッフの1人が英語が全く話せないのでコミニュケーションに困った。 チェックＩＮ時のスタッフは英語を話せたが、夜の時間帯のスタッフが全くダメ！

It was a great theme in lieu with the Knights Templar castle

El hotel está algo anticuado, pero la estancia ha sido agradable, la atención en recepción muy buena y el precio muy conveniente.

Las habitaciones antiguas y el bufet muy pobre para un 4 estrellas, por cierto no funcionaba la calefacción

Schönes Schlosshotel. Zimmer ausreichend groß, schön leise trotz Straße vor dem Fenster. Service unterscheidet sich von teils freundlich und zuvorkommend zu lustlos und abweisend. Interkontinentales Frühstück und abends die Möglichkeit im Restaurant mit wechselnden Angebot zu nutzen (Preis 16,-, 3 Gänge Menü, top Preis Leistung, inklusive Getränk)

Very old and poor condition. It badly needs to be refurbished. I cannot believe it is a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was cheap but you get what you pay. On the other hand the staff was very nice and helpful.

La verdad es que bastante regular,reserve la opción donde venía cama doble y nos tocó una habitación con dos camas individuales,menos mal que después nos la cambiaron. Las cosas están viejisimas.

El hotel esta ambientado co no o un castillo medieval. En plan vacaciones quizás sea interesante pero para viaje de trabajo , no lo es.

El hotel está bien, todos los servicios que ofrecen, bien. Sería un hotel puntero, solo que ahora una reformita le daría el explendor que se merece. El precio está muy bien

We absolutely loved the Temple Hotel, it had a Knights Templar theme, from being ‘greeted’ by a suit of armour in reception, to iron braziers for the lights, medieval style furniture and pictures, even the key to the bedroom was an iron ‘Tau’ - all in homage to the spectacular Knights Templar Castle in Ponferrada. In addition the rooms were comfortable, the welcome was warm, and breakfast was a veritable feast worthy of any knights!

Baja calidad en el personal que atienden el bufete del desayuno. Falta de vasos en el baño. Mando de tv que no funcionaba.

Bella struttura, camere discretamente ampie, la famigliare ottima . La struttura merita qualche miglioria e più attenzione alla colazione (ed uno spazio dedicato per parcheggiare) per il resto ottimo. Vista La posizione ed il rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente consigliato

Excelente hotel, calidad-precio Muy buena atención

Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Los baños limpios, aunque alguna toalla deberían retirarla ( estaba deshilachada). En ningún momento pasamos frio. Éramos 4 con 2 Habitaciones comunicadas. El desayuno correcto.

Estuvimos poco tiempo, pero el tiempo que estuve fue agradable, es silencioso para estar en la principal. Limpio aunque la TV estaba rota.. todo lo demás genial, las camas, las almohadas. Repetiré sin duda.

Unfortunately the last remodel of this facility was probably 1960. This is a modern city with real hotels. I can’t suggest this to be anything more than a modest Albergue that obviously has private rooms
