とてもきれいでゆっくり休めるホテルでしたが，中心地からの交通アクセスがやや不便な点がありました。ホテルに変える際には徒歩が移動の基本となりました。

hotellet ligger tæt op af to meget trafikeret veje, så der er en konstant støj og desværre virkede deres aircondition ikke , så meget varmt værelse om natten uden mulighed for at åbne vinduer pga trafik støj

Room was run down and the breakfast was included in the past but not now. Staff said that the name change and rebranding was meant to attract business people but there were no working outlets in the room and no usb or other charging outlets apart from one socket in the bathroom. Very inconvenient. The place was much nicer to stay at in the past 15 years but has been let down by its owners sadly.

Estacionamento muito bom. O hotel tem uma boa Localização para quem está com carro. Os funcionários são muito ótimos.

Very minimalist hotel. I booked a standard room for 3 nights but I was shocked to see that the bathroom does not come with dental or hygiene kit, no toilet brush, the room does not come with an iron for ironing clothes - I was given the worse vertical steamer which was painful to use. There is no tea/coffee in the room, no complimentary water; no safe to keep valuable items. Also, the hotel wifi looses signal half the time. Also, the breakfast trays are not refilled immediately, certain food trays are empty by 9:30am and it would take 15 minutes to be refilled. On the good side, the hotel is very clean. The rooms and beddings are sparkling clean.

L hôtel est propre, à 15 mn du centre mais n équivaut pas un 4 étoiles. A côté de trouve un macdo et on entend les voitures car les fenêtres ne sont pas tops. Le parking et top ! Et le déjeuner nous ne l avons pas pris.

Really nice place with comfortable room. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for exploring the area. Just wish they had some complimentary coffee in the room or lobby. Plenty of nearby cafes, though, and fun place to walk and see the historic walled city.
