Room was amazing

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was wonderful. Highly recommend when visiting old Montreal.

Good Condition, Sofa not confortable, Some bulbs did not work and Lighting overall very poor design. Great space, great terrace. Bed and sheets medium average. Staff friendly!!

What an amazing stay. Clean, comfortable, close to everything you need. Paolo helped us get settled and was so hospitable. The front desk team was also very good at making us feel at home especially with our limited French. We will be back.

Room was lovely, breakfast was excellent and the location can't be beat.

It was a lovely room, very spotless and spacious. All the staff we encountered were very friendly & helpful.The location was perfect; within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants & bars in Old Montreal and a 15 minute walk to the Place des Armes Metro stop.

Everything was perfect

Beautiful hotel, clean and modern, comfy bed, big room. Great location for tourists. Having said that, the hotel does have an odd practice in which, about 10 minutes after check-in, 2 staff members will come up to your room and aggressively EMPHASIZE that there is no smoking in the room even though the signs are clearly posted. If this isn't standard procedure, then we were clearly profiled which is discriminatory behaviour. For context, yes I am a smoker, and my jacket and car probably smell of smoke. But I am a respectful smoker, I don't smoke indoors (at home or at hotels) I find designated smoking areas when I am out to make sure not to offend anyone with smoke. So the question remains whether this is standard practice (seems unlikely due to the manpower it would take to have a 2 person team remind every guest of that specific rule) or a clear case of discrimination based on the way we look and smell which is frankly unacceptable in this day and age. I will add as well that upon check out, the employee made me wait while he called house keeping to see if the room was smoked in. I don't speak fluent French but I understood enough. Just something to think about if you are booking this hotel.

Great location, very nice hotel and the complementary breakfast was delicious.

Room was in good condition, good location, but room was not cleaned for the 2 nights we were there, I had called at 6pm asking for someone to clean the room to which point the front desk sounded like they laughed and said the cleaning staff left for the day but someone could come freshen the room up. They came by but only dropped off towels.

I will come back for sure! Everything was excellent.
