清潔で快適だった。

Excellent customer service at this location. The standard rooms are very small & not typical of Courtyards I’ve seen before. The room felt more like a comfort inn. My heater only blew cold air, so that was uncomfortable. For the price, I expected a more high end experience. When I asked for the coffee area, I was directed to a Starbucks at this hotel so it wasn’t free. I’d never stay here again.

The staff was present from the moment I arrive until I left everything I needed. They made sure I had my children enjoyed the pool. I was able to wash some last-minute items. I was really excited about their washing machine and dryer. I would definitely recommend and I will be back soon

The towels were like sandpaper. Qhen paying to stay at a 4 star hotel you would think the towels would be nicer. The was okay but not great. We didn't get the rooms we asked for. 2 rooms, both with a king bed and foldout couch. We got rooms with a king and fold out couch but no knob for the adjoining room. The other room had o ly a king, but it was almost on the floor and the room was hadicap accessible, which we didn’t book. Our show in that room was awkward because it was what you see in a hospital or hospice room. Bed wasn't comfortable.

The stay was great. Everything was clean and functioning. My kids had a great time.

Excellent service and very clean hotel.

We stayed here as a family of 3. We were all sleeping and at 1:00 am got a phone call from reception saying the people below us were complaining about too much noise, we had been asleep for hours and were woken up. I don't know if the walls are super thin but it was definitely frustrating to be woken up in the middle of the night.

We plan to come back there on our next trip !

Clean with comfortable beds.

Courtyard was awesome, Expedia not so much. I paid extra for the breakfast and Expedia just added it to my room rate and there was no mention of it on any receipt I had. It's 2025, surely y'all know what an itemized receipt is.

Friendly staff, clean facility and convenient location.

Checked in. I had the room reserved but she tried to give me a different room. I had to remind her of what i wanted. It was still wrong because my room was to have a tub, not a shower. The fire alarm went off three times that night, the last one at 3am! It was never turned off and was still on outside the next morning. Oh, and the receptionist actually had the nerve to ask me what i was doing in town! First time that ever happened in my life! I won't be back to this particular hotel....ever.

my complaint is the shower, nothing for grip on the floor, it's an accident waiting to happen

The room was beautiful. Loved having the balcony!
